Fantastic West Coast Location. Near Speightstown And Holetown

Available for the first time to let this brand new luxury apartment has an enviable location at Vuemont. The apartment has a large airy feel and is furnished to the highest standards.

The air conditioned main double bedroom has French doors that open onto a large covered terrace which is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a large dining table for your Al Fresco dining day or night. The second bedroom which is also air conditioned is a twin bedded room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation and has an electric ceramic hob stove, large microwave, American style fridge freezer/ice maker and washer/dryer.All the appliances are brand new and as you would expect all the glassware/crockery/cutlery pots pans etc are provided.

The lounge diner has another set of double French doors opening onto the breezy covered terrace overlooking the pool and Caribbean sea. There is an En Suite bathroom and additional house bathroom.

The whole apartment is furnished in a very tasteful way that is both contemporary but retains a definite Caribbean feel.

The owners artworks adorn the walls and the accessories in the apartment have been carefully chosen to provide what is truly a home from home.

There is a 43 inch television and a recently installed internet based TV box featuring numerous ahannels.

The whole apartment has High Speed internet delivering over 20mb,more than adequate for streaming or downloading your favourite TV channels on your mobile device. Wi Fi is also available in the clubhouse where you will find the amazing infinity pool,hot tub and Jucuzzi. Vuemont has two tennis courts and a fully equipped gym,there is also a walking /running track withing the resort if you feel like keeping fit whilst on your holiday. The keys to the apartment will be available at the security gate at the entrance of Vuemont, The staff will have been made aware of your name and number of persons booked in your party.

IMPORTANT NOTES. Only the number of persons booked and confirmed on your holiday invoice are permitted in the apartment at any time .Any additional persons wishing to visit will require advance permission of the owners.

AIR CONDITIONING

Included in the rental price is 100 units of electricity per week.Any consumption over this will be charged to your electricity deposit.Our experience shows that 100 units per week is more than adequate for comfortable living, however the excessive and unnecessary use of air conditioning can considerably increase unit consumption.

Why Jill Carro chose Vuemont

Apartment 241 at Vuemont is ideally located on a breezy ridge in a rural area yet only minutes away from the wonderful West Coast beaches and Azure Caribbean sea which can be seen from the Apartment. There are local shops a 10 minute walk down the hill away for your day to day groceries and a TRIMART supermarket for most goods you will need.

A bit further (4 kilometres) by car or local bus takes you to Speightstown a quaint historic seaside town with a wonderful beach. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and the local post office.

What makes this apartment unique

A truly relaxing location with all the amenities you will need for your holiday. If you don't want to rent as car there is a free shuttle minibus 4 days a week from to Holetown or Speightstown departing at 9am and returning at 2 pm.

There are also occasional ZR minibuses operating on the road outside to Speightstown and regular buses from Trimart Supermarket (10 mins walk) to Speightstown. Taxis are also easily bookable for your evenings out if required. Taxi fare to Speightstown is $25 US dollars Holetown $50 US dollars return (as at January 2016)

Really nice and clean apartment

A very quiet and safe area of Barbados. The grounds are really looked after and very clean. The pools are always nice and the main pool area is cleaned every day. The apartment is very nice and meets all your needs.It’s a gated community and is very friendly and extremely safe feeling. You do need a car as it’s up a really steep hill but as long as your willing to drive then your love it and it’s a peaceful part of Barbados. Not the tourist part of Barbados which is the south of island. Jill and Des communicated quickly if needed any help. Really happy to of stayed there.

Excellent!

We loved the apartement! It is well situated for visiting the island, very close to the village of Speightstown. Everything is clean and perfect for relaxing, we enjoyed every day from the huge terrace and the two pools. This is my second time in Vuemont, I highly recommend it!

Fabulous!!

This was the perfect way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The apartment was beautiful and the property was amazing with fantastic views. We could have used an oscillating fan as the living room was quite warm at times, even with the winds. I really have no other criticism. Thank you Jill and Des. We look forward to returning to Barbados and hope we can again stay in your beautiful apartment.

The apartment is rented on a self catering basis.On your arrival you will find washing up liquid,laundry detergent,toilet cleaner and roll, dishcloth, scourer and garbage bags. It is the guests responsibility to purchase additional items as required during their stay.
Bedding and towels are provided for the amount of guests booked in the apartment. We also provide one spare set of each .The washer and dryer is available for your laundry requirements.
AIR CONDITIONING USE
If you need to use a/c please do so responsibly and ensure that all the bedroom doors and windows are closed.Failing to do this will result in the units working overtime and creating condensation dripping to the laminated floor damaging them.We allow 100 units of electricity per week in the rental price. Our experience has shown that this is more than adequate for comfortable living in the apartment.Any electricity used over this amount will be deducted from your deposit.The meter read will be given to you on arrival and taken again on your departure.We have to make you aware of this as some guests have found it acceptable to leave the a/c on all day with doors and windows open.
The apartment is strictly no smoking.
