Ocean front unit in the Sea Isle Condos. Prime Key Colony Beach location - ocean front, first floor property, no stairs.

One week minimum, Saturday check in. $2,600/ week Dec - April, $2,400/ week May - Nov.

This ocean front Sea Isle condo has innumerable amenities - cool, contemporary decor, water toys, yoga mats, stroller, private balcony, the ocean outside your door, heated pool at the end of the hall, dedicated parking. Island breezes are whispering your name.

Stroll on the beach and comb for shells. Unwind during a game of horseshoes or shuffleboard. Enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or kaleidoscope sunset at Sunset Park around the corner. You might see a pair of dolphins frolicking along one our world class coral reefs. Plenty of scuba, snorkeling and fishing in the area, too. Breathtaking!

Location, location, location! In a word, prime! Nearby Marathon offers full commercial services. If you prefer to explore further, Key West is only 45 minutes one direction and Key Largo the other. There are many deep sea fishing charter boats for hire. If you bring your fresh catch to most restaurants, they will prepare and serve it to you! Or, you can grill your catch yourself on the BBQ under our tiki hut.

Our condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen and dining room, wifi. Laundry facilities on site. Sorry no pets, trailers, or boats.

We invite you to come experience in the wonderment of the Florida Keys. This will be a vacation you will remember.

Great location

The property is a great location. Loved the neighborhood feel of Key Colony Beach. The condo was clean and the staff were wonderful. Outside is beautifully landscaped and the beach is very nice. Inside, things are a bit dated. Tough to find normal TV channels. This is an "old school" condo complex with shared laundry in an outbuilding.

Great location - great beach!

We ended up visiting/doing more in Islamorada and this location was 38 mins away. However, only 1 hour 15 mins to Key West. We would not stay here next time due to the long drive for our activities. But excellent beach. Most places do not have a walk-in sandy beach. Usually locations have rocks.

Great stay and great location.

Great condo right on the beach. People are friendly and helpful. Only complaints I would have, and would even be willing to do it for them if I can get back down there. The kitchen is small and the over the range microwave don’t work. They placed a microwave on the countertop. Easy fix and fairly cheap. Ceiling fans need updating and I had to bring my 14 yo into the master bedroom to show him the tv and vcr, which didn’t work, but it was older then him. The sliding door track had to be cleaned otherwise it took 2 people to open. You’re right on the ocean, this happens. And the screen door on the slider fell and hit me in the head. It was ok, I had a few beers and me and the view was great. Simple very simple upgrades will make this place amazing. And I will volunteer my services for a deal on an upcoming visit lol. Ya have my number feel free to call me. If your hesitant to book this location dont. This places is great and you can easily look past the stuff I mentioned, just saying it would be an amazing location instead of just great with some work.
