Great vacation- Suite 1505 was awesome and exceeded our expectations.
Kate was very helpful and made our late arrival very easy with the lockbox. Suite 1505 was beautiful and I would definitely rent it in the future. The only minor recommendation would be to provide a full roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a full toilet paper roll in each bathroom upon arrival. Other than this minor recommendation, everything was perfect and I would like to thank Kate and everyone associated with the property for a great vacation. Brad Elzeer.
This condo is more than we expected, was VERY clean and up to date. The view is stunning, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The only complaint we had is having to leave, the entire week we didn’t have one issue. Thank you to all of the staff and owners for a great vacation.
Loved staying here. The condo was very pretty and we loved the southern view. Lobby was spacious and beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Condo Needs Maintenance - Owners please read
We stay at Gateway Grand often and love the location, building and amenities and have never had any issues with past rentals. This was the first time renting this unit. Hoping the owners review this because thinking they have no idea of the items that are broken and damaged since this unit was rented all season. The upholstery in the unit was filthy...white swivel chair had huge stains, barstools food stains, couch was washed in the past but has bleach stains on it, rugs were filthy, white bench in master had stains. Queen mattress pad was stained and should be thrown out. The light in the queen size bedroom was broken. Every doorstop was broken off. The wall behind the swivel chair was very damaged down to the bare wood. Kate from Central Reservations was very nice and came up to see the damage. I also took pictures since I was concerned we would be charged. The fan switch was missing a knob and you had to use a door key to turn on. Repair was made Sunday but they used a different color switch (just a fyi to the owner). Dining table was extremely wobbly and needs tightening. Would have done it ourselves but did not have the tools. Outside furniture needs to be replaced - cushions were stained and had mildew. Kate sent a rug washer to the unit Sunday afternoon and he was in unit for about 2 hours, but stains were still there. Did receive a small credit for the inconvenience. The cleaners returned while we were there to change the shower curtains and showed them the sand all over the counters and kitchen desk. They said they were short staff and could not clean fast enough. There was also mildew in the showers/tubs that needed attention. One side of the toaster is broken also. Master bed was very comfortable and being on the 15th floor was great for the views. This unit is directly across from the elevators and you can't hear it at all. Still had a good time but would not rent this unit again. Central Reservations - you should separate the fob from the key. In the past when we arrived early and unit was not ready until 4PM, at least we could use the pool. This is a change from the past. There were 2 people in pool area so it was not like it was crowded. Also cleaners rang bell several times before 10 AM to see if they could start cleaning. We were up packing but found this annoying and asked them to come back at check out time.
