Excellent place and location.
We enjoyed the whole experience and location. We were in the pool everyday and played games in the large front yard. At night we had the bon fire with wood provided by the owner. We also enjoyed taking walks in the abutting state forest. The nice surprise was a basement with a full game room with a pool table, air hockey, basketball and ping pong table. My adult children really enjoyed late night of games. We would stay at this property again.

Clean, bright, and fun!!
We have stayed in many home rentals over the years. This one was the best, without question. We loved the pool, our kids enjoyed the game room, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and we found it to be a great location to venture out to various activities like Weirs Beach, Gunstock, and a few slightly father drives (highly recommend the Lost River Gorge & Caves). We hope this rental will co to use to be available in future years, we’d return in a heartbeat!! Thank you!

About the host

My parents owned a 1958 32' Chris Craft cabin cruiser. I lived on this wooden boat with my parents, brother, two sisters and our dog for eighteen summers. I knew this was where I wanted to live the rest of my life , so I moved here as soon as I graduated. Working as a carpenter for fifteen years then buying a excavation business which I still own thirteen years later. Our goal is to get u here to relax and pamper your selves and create the same lasting memories for you and your family that I have known from my years of living here in " god's country " as we say.

Why they chose this property

With almost 2000 square feet of living space on one floor, it's the perfect place to relax and pamper yourself after a long days adventure on Lake Winnipesaukee, only one mile away, or after a hard day of skiing the snow capped mountains of Gunstock only three miles away.

What makes this property unique

This one point six acre lot backs up to 100+ acres of protected forest making this lot seem endless which makes it perfect for family reunions, birthday parties or even have your wedding rehearsal dinner catered here. There is plenty of room for a tent while leaving room for the kids to play and including ample room around the pool to kick back and relax.
