Lovely townhouse located minutes from the Vale do Lobo sandy beach and all the terrific amenities that this area has to offer. The property has a small terrace to the front leading to entrance. Lounge dining with access to upper level Terrace (complete with BBQ, outdoor dining and 2 sun loungers). Well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are 2 twin bedrooms (1 bedroom can be made into a double) shared shower room. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This town house will suit a family of 6 very comfortably. There is convenient parking just outside the house. Highly recommended for family holiday. Facilities include wifi, TV, air con and parking for 1 car.
Shopping: The property is well located within a 2 minute drive to the local supermarket. Almancil which is a 5 minute drive has a good choice of supermarkets to include Apolonio, Lidl and Pingo Doce. This town has lots of excellent shopping and restaurant facilities. Quinta Shopping also has some beautiful shops and restaurants. Further afield the Forum Shopping Centre in Faro has an excellent array of shopping. My favourite is Guia - located close to Albuferia and just off the N125 - where you will find a good selection of shopping and supermarket.
Golfing: Vale do Lobo Golf is a lovely course with terrific views. The clubhouse serves excellent meals - lunch being particularly good. Quinta has an array of courses - Quinta itself, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos, Laranjal, to name but a few. Further afield Amondeiro, Boavista and the many courses in Villamoura also give additional options to the Golfer.

This attractive house is spacious and will suit a family very well for a holiday. Lovely outdoor terrace with outdoor dining/BBQ. WIFI facilities for those needing this service.
I feel that the main benefit of this property is it's proximity to the lovely sandy beach. 5 min walk or less will take you to the beautiful Praca area, where you can have a coffee, perhaps a glass of wine, or a maybe delicious family meal. The beach is located beside the Praca where you can hire beach loungers to catch those rays from the sun. Excellent location for families with either older teenagers or small children.
This lovely town house is located in a small enclave of houses very close to the 'Praca' at Vale da Loba. The gorgeous beach, shops and restaurants are all within short walking distances. There is a choice of championship golf courses nearby (not to mention the many courses along the coast) which the owner will be pleased to tell you about. The city of Faro is a 20 minute drive where a walk around the narrow streets of the old town is well recommended. The lovely marina of Vilamoura is also well worth a visit. Nearby Quarteira has a terrific weekly market as does the inland town of Loule. The historic town of Lagos is another recommended trip.
