A spacious character house 5 minutes walk from the beach and town centre

A recently refurbished large house, ideal for extended family holidays Close to the beach and Greenhill’s beautiful sea front gardens. Nmber six is also right next to the Lodmoor Nature Reserve and Country Park so there is plenty to do all within 5 minutes walk of the house.

Number six is a 5 bedroom property with many original features and a large country garden to relax in. The Kitchen opens out to the dining room, which has French doors opening into the garden, making a fantastic living area for group holidays. With the Jurassic coast on your door step too, whether you want to stay in and cosy up in front of the fire, or get out and explore, you won’t be stuck for things to do.

Weymouth is the venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing competition and the local facilities are excellent. The Town centre is less than 1 mile away where there are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainments. DELICIOUS HOME COOKED MEALS AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER

OPTIONAL MEALS: Prepared meals which are ready to pop into the oven or warm through on the hob are available to pre-order. Request the menu when booking and you can review the home cooked options for various numbers. Useful if you think you will arrive late, or are only staying for a short time and want a home cooked meal with the convenience of no cleaning up afterwards!

Fantastic house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was our sons 40th birthday and it was lovely for us all to be together. 6 adults, 4 boys under the age of 8 and 1 baby girl of 4 months. Enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. A great meeting place

Spacious, well located house

We rented the house for a birthday weekend, 8 adults and 4 children. The house is well equipped, with a fantastic stove, and lots of cooking gear, all of which were used. Wi-Fi was very strong.

Located a short walk from the beach and Lodmoor Country Park, lots to do.

We ate at the Old Ship Inn, Upwey, which lived up to its reputation.

Would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

My family and I stayed here for a week at Easter. The house was spacious, with lots of light, it was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the large garden was great for the children to run around in. We would recommend this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was lots to do in the surrounding area and we were within walking distance of the seafront, which was brilliant on sunny days. None of us wanted to come home!

Lovely house, excellent location

We chose the house due to its location and size, (we were a party of 10 with children and grandparents), and were delighted to find it was really nicely furnished when we arrived. The large garden was ideal to eat out in, and walking to the beach was easy. The kitchen and dining area was also great for family meals and evenings. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Weymouth town centre is a mile away, where there are many lovely restaurants, bars, and night spots. There are shops and ‘Take aways’ approx 500 yards away. Further a field there are many lovely country pubs and villages to explore in the area. The Lodmoor country park 5 minutes walk from the house has a large range of entertainment including cafe, pub and restaurant, RSPB nature reserve with flat 2.5k circular walk route suitable for wheelchairs.

The Sea Life centre is also on this site on a 6 acre plot with a tropical jungle, and Captain Kid's World.

There is also a Mini Golf Course, a Model World, as well as a leisure ranch with Cresta Run, Go Cart circuit and Bumper Boats. There is a Model Railway and a 9 Hole pitch and put golf course.

There is a train which runs along the sea front from this attraction, taking you to the Harbour at the other end of the promenade approx 1 mile away.

The Greenhill Gardens are an award winning area over the beach and promenade.
