Kerstin 4 is one of the larger 3 bed apartments on the development with an area of 79m2. This spacious luxury first floor apartment, consists of a large living space and 3 generous double bedrooms; 1 with en-suite shower room, 1 double room and 1 twin and a family bathroom with heated towel rail. There is a constant supply of hot water thanks to the village supply, so you will never come back to a cold shower! The large, open-plan, dining-kitchen/living space has floor to ceiling windows and doors that open onto a generous balcony, it also has a double sofa bed and can be used as a fourth bedroom, if needed. The apartment has solid oak underfloor heating throughout and features; Kitchen with Oven/Hob/Extractor; Dishwasher; Microwave; Coffee Machine; Fridge/Freezer; Solid Oak dining table which seats 8; 32' Flat-screen TV with cable channels; CD/DVD player DVD; FREE Wi-fi internet connection; ipod docking system (bring your own ipod!); two hairdryers. We are also very child friendly providing a Booster seat/High chair; Travel Cot; Plastic plates, bowls & cutlery for children. The building also contains a lift to the door and there is a reserved underground parking space for one vehicle provided for the duration of your stay (this is included in rental rate).
There is also free unlimited (subject to opening times) access to the on-site Spa facility, with pool, sauna and steam room. (Access to this Spa facility is also included in the rental rate)
Ski Packages: Ski and boot hire can easily be arranged locally with hire shops within a short walk of the apartment. Ski passes are also easily purchased locally at the base of the Hochalmbahn Gondola. Ski tuition can also be easily arranged with local ski schools (english speaking). Alternatively all of this can be arranged for you by the on-site concierge. Nursery slopes and children's nursery area are at the bottom of the gondola 150m away.
I am English and reside in the UK, but love to ski with my family in the winter months and also explore, walk and cycle in the mountains in the summer time.

Rauris is a beautiful place with so many things to do on the doorstep or within a short drive. We never tire of visiting and find something new every time we visit.
Nothing beats waking up to cow bells ringing, crisp clean mountain air and stunning views...then taking a shower in fresh spring water really sets you up for a day of adventure or sometimes just relaxation and wellness.
Lovely apartment with great attention to detail, every need taken care of & more. This is our second visit to Rauris and to this apartment and we love it! We'll certainly come back again next year!
We are a family of 6.....4 adults and 2 young children.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property , and found that it exceeded our expectations in every respect.
The property was on the fist floor with a lift to all levels, including the underground car park with our own nominated car space.
The apartment itself was fitted out to the highest modern standard, and was both comfortable and welcoming.
Both the owners and the local representative were very helpful.
The town of Rauris was also everything that we had hoped for, with very good facilities and atmosphere.
All in all a very good week during Christmas 2017, in 1st class accommodation.
Very enjoyable holiday in the lovely village of Rauris. Apartment is well equipped, clean and has a lovely view. My only disappointment was the size of the pool and the fact it only opened from 3.00 pm.
There is plenty to do, scenery great and easy reach of Salzburg.
We stayed at this chalet and was very impressed by the place. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. the chalet is located in a great place, it is across the road from the slopes and it is a short walk to the town where you can find shops and restaurants.
The complex where the apartment can be found has a small bar and restaurants with very friendly staff, The food is good and is just want you want after a day on the slopes.
I look forward to straying at the apartment again.
We really enjoyed our week in Nicola's apartment. Great value for money. Super having everything we needed for our baby already there. On-site pool was a great temperature and the local rep, mac was very helpful. We'd definitely return!!!
Very enjoyable stay at Rauris and at Kirstin 4. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with everything you could wish for. We loved the town and the surrounding area with so many things to do and something for everyone. The owner was very informative prior to the holiday and our meeting and greeting with Mac was great. Would love to go back someday and would definitely recommend.
Beautiful place, walking distance to the slopes, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We can recommend this especially to families with children.
In the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, the breathtaking Rauris valley is perfect for year round getaways for the whole family. The idyllic town boasts stunning views up to the Sönnblick Glacier and the wilderness beyond. Rauris is the ideal location for year round outdoor activities and relaxation. It is an adventure sport centre, including skiing, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, ice and rock climbing and downhill & cross-country pistes. Footpaths and hiking trails lead directly from the apartment into the countryside through the “Rauriser Urwald” – a primal forest scattered with 80 secluded lakes. In the evening you can also experience the romance of a horse-drawn sleigh ride across crisp, white snows, or the excitement of a moonlight tobogganing adventure. The Hochalm lifts give you access to a ski area that is family friendly and all within 150m of the apartment. The town is also within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
