Beautiful elegantly furnished one bedroom flat located in a gated development minutes from the enchanting medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence. The property is located on the first floor and has original oak beams and Provençal tiled floors. The kitchen is fully fitted (electric oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and opens on to a large terrace (43sq.m) with seating for 6. With some of the most spectacular views of the area from the mountains to the coast. The bedroom has a large double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The property has use of a shared pool area and also benefits from an allocated parking space. There is also a satellite TV located in the living area and WiFi throughout. Located just 15min (by car) from Nice airport and 5 mins to Saint Paul, you will have the ideal base to discover the fascinating cultural heritage and the wonders of this unique destination

Swimming pool very close, lovely and cool in very hot weather.
St Paul about a 25 minute walk, the Cafe de la Place was excellent to sit and watch pétanque. Very good meal in the Malabar restaurant also at Le Tilluel.
Beautifully furnished apartment with magnificent views of St Paul de Vence from the roof top terrace. The apartment was nice and clean and it was easy to visit all the sights, such as Monte Carlo, Antibes, Nice and Grasse. The supermarkets are 5 mins. drive away and the beaches are 10 - 15 mins. drive away, depending on traffic. There are some nice restaurants in La Colle sur Loup which is less touristy than St Paul de Vence. Definitely worth staying here if you're thinking of visiting the area and don't want to be in the hub-bub of a city centre.
This beautiful apartment has everything you will need for your stay near the picturesque hiill top town of St.Paul de Vence. All the required amenities - from grocery stores to museums - are in the immediate area. There is an excellent terrace off the kitchen providing beautiful views of the imposinfg country side. All the appliances and facilities within in the apartment are first rate.The apartment is located within an attractive compound and has a swiming pool that you can actually swim laps in. Although the owner is not on the premises he might as well be. We always received a quick and informative response to any emails on the few occasions we required information.
I would give this apartment the highest recommendation without reservation. My only regret was having to leave.
We stayed here for a week in July/August, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a lovely character building, and was exactly as described. The views from the terrace toward St Paul de Vence were amazing, and it was only a 15-minute walk up to plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and had plenty of kitchen equipment for us to cook when we chose to stay in. The rooms were all a good size and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax, with a very comfy bed. The nearest supermarket is only a 5- minute drive away, which was very handy for topping up our wine and snacks supplies. The location is very peaceful, but there was very easy access to explore the coast - we visited Cannes, Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat etc and enjoyed returning to our tranquil haven in the evening. The pool was great for cooling down when sunbathing on the large terrace got a bit too hot, and not too busy. Overall we had a fantastic stay, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment in a peaceful location.
We rented this apartment in May 2010, cannot recommend it more highly. The decor is beautiful, so comfortable to stay in and everything was absolutely immaculate. We used it as a base and went all around the coast, but actually the best day was the one spent on the huge terrace where we sunbathed all day. The views of the mountains from the terrace are incredible. Because of the expansive view and how beautiful the apartment is we had such a relaxing holiday and I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going to the St Paul area.
This appartment is a wonderful place just to BE. If there were nothing outside or it poured with rain for days on end, it would still be a pleasure to live here. Perched on a hilltop almost at the top of a collection of unique appartments full of character, it has amazing views over to St Paul. The kitchen is well-equipped, the sofa incredibly comfortable, good shower, comfy bed and all very thoughfully decorated. There is also an ipod dock which is a nice touch. But then there is a multitude of sights and places outside too, which makes the appartment a great base for exploring. Nice, Vence, Antibes, Gorge de Loup, Grasse are all within easy reach. I would certainly stay here again.
Located on the Cote d'Azur/Alpes Maritime area of the South of France a charming elegantly furnished Provence style apartment.The 43 square metre terrace looks onto mountains and the famous medieval village of St Paul de Vence, a 15 minute walk away.Renowned for the luminous light in the area it has and still does attract painters from all over the world including in the past Picasso,Cezanne,Monet,Chagall and Matisse.The village has numerous art galleries and the world famous museum of modern art the Maeght Foundation.The Colombe d'Or restaurant is worth a visit for the amazing art left on the walls in lieu of payment by impoverished artists.The near by town of Vence has shops, cafe's and restaurants to cater for all tastes with local produce sold in the square daily.A foodies heaven,We are ideally located to explore the many surrounding villages and towns of the Riviera.Nice, Antibes (which can be seen from the bedroom window) Juan les Pins, Grasse, Eze Monaco and Italy
