This charming 1 bed apartment is located in a quiet part of Vilamoura within a 10 minute stroll to the gorgeous Marina and sandy beach. The apartment will suit either 2 people or a family of 4. There is a spacious living/dining area which will seat 4 comfortably. This area overlooks the gardens and has windows that open right back. There is a sofa (which doubles up as a bed-settee), arm chair, dining table and chairs for 4, TV with DVD and music/radio system. The kitchen area is well equipped and is separated from the living area by a counter and high stools. The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes (with a safe) and has views out over the gardens. The bathroom is tiled with bath and shower. There are ceiling fans as well as 1 free standing fan unit. There are well designed gardens outside and a good sized family pool and a separate kiddies pool. There is a selection of shops within a 5 minute stroll as well as a great choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and price.
Vilamoura: Vilamoura is a superb destination both for the golfing holiday and the family holiday. The championship golf courses are located very close to this apartment. The lovely Marina area is just a short stroll and has an abundance of great restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes. The beach is sandy with a terrific swimming. There are also lots of beach restaurants and bars here. There are great shows, particularly during the summer season in the Casino. There is a large outdoor public swimming pool for those not wishing to use either the apartment pool or the beach.
Bus Service: For the holiday maker not wishing to rent a car, there is an excellent well priced bus service just a 5 minute walk. Destinations as well as the nearby towns and villages also include Fatima, Gibralta, Liston and Lagos.
Church: There is a church just 5 minutes walk away. The concierge will have times and details of services.

Very spacious 1 bed apartment within walking distance to the Marina in Vilamoura. If you are seeking something that is very well priced and close to everything - quiet residential location - then this property has all of this.
Spacious property. Parking. Well priced. Great location within a short walk to both the Marina and to the beaches.
The apartment was well furnished with mod cons, well maintained and was perfect for our stay. The complex was within walking distance of local shops and the Vilamoura marina where all the town's life is. The complex has a pool which provides a perfect area to kick back and relax and enjoy the Algarve climate."

Voici tous les problèmes rencontrés durant notre sejour d'une semaine (du lun. 1 août 2016 au lun. 8 août 2016) :
- odeur très désagréable dans l'appartement due aux remontées d'égouts dès que l'on tire la chasse d'eau ;
- appartement très sale dès notre arrivée, alors que soit disant un service "professionnel" réalise le ménage avant les arrivées ;
- pas de climatisation, cet appartement est un four ;
- pas de volets dans le salon (si vous êtes plus de 2, la ou les personnes qui dormirons dans le salon seront réveillées vers 8h par les rayons du soleil) ;
- pas d'accueil
- coupures d'électricité incessantes
- aucun produit ménager prévu pour votre arrivée (que ce soit papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge, sel, vinaigre etc.)
- vis-à-vis indéniable sur le voisin qui se balade nu à longueur de journée ;
- et j'en passe...
Le pire dans tout ça et qui est inacceptable, c'est que l'annonce est totalement mensongère! Il est dit que l'appartement est à 10min de tout (commerce, plage, bar, restaurant, La Marina...), hors ceci est un gros mensonge. Nous avions bien précisé que nous n'aurions pas de voiture lors de notre semaine et que nous devrions tout faire à pieds par conséquent la distance était très importante pour nous. La personne nous a confirmé plusieurs fois que nous n'aurions pas besoin de voiture, mais en réalité l'appartement est à 30 min à PIEDS de TOUT : des premières plages, des premiers supermarchés, de la Marina, des bars et des restaurants.
C'est une réelle arnaque, nous avons passé des vacances gâchées à cause de cela.
JE NE RECOMMANDE SÛREMENT PAS
The apartment is located on the Rua Melvin Jones which is just minutes from the Marina (Algarve's largest!) and the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants, Cafes and Bars are located in abundance within a short stroll as well as the Casino where there are excellent shows held during the high season. There are lots of excellent golf courses in the immediate vicinity for the golfer. Nearby Quarteiria holds an excellent weekly market. Loule, up towards the mountains has great shopping and an excellent market on Saturdays. A stroll around the Old Town of Faro has to be recommended and is just 20kms away. Faro also has an excellent modern large shopping center called The Forum. Albuferia is a short drive away with Lagos slightly further but worth a visit. Cape St Vincent is Europe's furthest point and is a great day out. There are also numerous parks and water parks in the immediate area. The concierge will be delighted to give you further information on any of the above.
Other Activities: Water Sports galore, nearby Spa and Fitness Centre, nearby Casino.
