Interior designed, Soho W1 apartment with private terrace in Zone 1. Walkable to all important tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, The London Eye, Royal Opera House and Oxford Street.
Its walkale to most locations. In London this is much better than relying on public transport or taxis. Two or three miles in London can be a long way! We are just by Leicester square, from where distances to London are taken. i.e the centre of London.
42 inch LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet, phone, original artwork, large shower, fully equipped kitchen. Light, large lounge looking out onto large terrace. It is on the top (4th) floor with no lift, facing the rear with no noise from the busy street below.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival we will give you your payments back less £100. If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival we will give you half your payments back.
If you cancel 4 weeks or fewer before arrival you will lose any amounts paid for rental or the deposit if you haven't paid any rental. If you do not pay the balance (if any) by the due date we will treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation fees would normally be covered by insurance if caused by illness or other insurable event.

This is a great apartment! It's well appointed, large enough for two with all of the amenities one needs. The location is excellent. It's in the middle of all of the action in Soho. You can walk to the theatre, museums, tube stations, shopping, anywhere you want to go connections are easy. What is so surprising is how quiet the place is when everything around is bustling with activity. I'd love to come back in warmer weather so I could sit out on the beautiful garden terrace. My only nitpick is that the bed was a little small. Still, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
The property is beautiful and in such a great location - near to restaurants, theater and Tube (but also easily walkable to a lot as well). There was absolutely everything that we needed and then some. It was perfect for the two of us a for a week filled with exploring the city. We were most thrilled with how quiet the flat was, while still in the absolute middle of everything. David and Michelle were attentive and answered all of our questions promptly and were great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone (and also started planning when we could come back on the long flight home). :-)
The apartment is wonderfully styled and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better as it is walking distance to most destinations. We were greeted as arranged and got a quick response when we had a small problem during our stay. Highly recommended.
Absolutely loved the apartment, it was in the best location easy walking distance to just about everything, very clean and although in the bustle of London streets was very quiet once inside, the apartment was beautifully decorated and modern and the terrace was a bonus, very light and airy,
Our greeters were really nice and very friendly and met us at the apartment to go over everything, i would definitely stay here again.
As described, the fairly updated flat is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. The flat has all of the conveniences that you need during your stay! We had no hot-water one day, but the owners quickly sent their maintenance guy over & fixed it (thank-you)!! Location is perfect, we used the the tube everyday, and got to see everything we wanted too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, your flight is lovely!
We had a great few days at the apartment in September. We hit a couple of really hot days so the roof terrace was very welcome. It's very central location is hard to beat, and it is surprisingly quiet as others have commented. The apartment is just as pictured in the photos, and it is well-designed to make the most of the space, and well-equipped. Michelle and David met us on arrival and were very helpful.
Soho W1 (West End) is in Zone One, right in the centre of London. Walkable to all important central tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Royal Opera House, Oxford Street as well as the more intimate coffee houses and bars of historical Soho, including Old Compton Street. Nearest underground/tube/metro stations are Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Square (all walkable within 5 minutes)

So if you arrive after 8pm and you have used auto booking you will need to pay an extra £20 in cash to the greeter.
