Smart Apartment in London's centre. Walk to Covent Garden & theatres.

Note: There is usually a MINIMUM 5 nights and always a maximum of two guests. Not suitable for children.

You will be met at the apartment by the greeter.

The greeter will show you round the apartment, describe the area and answer any questions that you have.

Interior designed, Soho W1 apartment with private terrace in Zone 1. Walkable to all important tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, The London Eye, Royal Opera House and Oxford Street.

Its walkale to most locations. In London this is much better than relying on public transport or taxis. Two or three miles in London can be a long way! We are just by Leicester square, from where distances to London are taken. i.e the centre of London.

42 inch LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet, phone, original artwork, large shower, fully equipped kitchen. Light, large lounge looking out onto large terrace. It is on the top (4th) floor with no lift, facing the rear with no noise from the busy street below.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival we will give you your payments back less £100. If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival we will give you half your payments back.

If you cancel 4 weeks or fewer before arrival you will lose any amounts paid for rental or the deposit if you haven't paid any rental. If you do not pay the balance (if any) by the due date we will treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation fees would normally be covered by insurance if caused by illness or other insurable event.

Beatiful, clean and quiet

Absolutely loved the apartment, it was in the best location easy walking distance to just about everything, very clean and although in the bustle of London streets was very quiet once inside, the apartment was beautifully decorated and modern and the terrace was a bonus, very light and airy,

Our greeters were really nice and very friendly and met us at the apartment to go over everything, i would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Flat!!!

As described, the fairly updated flat is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. The flat has all of the conveniences that you need during your stay! We had no hot-water one day, but the owners quickly sent their maintenance guy over & fixed it (thank-you)!! Location is perfect, we used the the tube everyday, and got to see everything we wanted too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, your flight is lovely!

A lovely, well-equipped apartment in an excellent central location

We had a great few days at the apartment in September. We hit a couple of really hot days so the roof terrace was very welcome. It's very central location is hard to beat, and it is surprisingly quiet as others have commented. The apartment is just as pictured in the photos, and it is well-designed to make the most of the space, and well-equipped. Michelle and David met us on arrival and were very helpful.

Great place to stay!

This flat is in the heart on London. Easy walking distance to everything! The street is very busy with restaurants and at night a hot spot for bars and pubs. The street is noisy but once you go in the door and up the stairs you don't hear a thing...the beautiful outdoor deck is so quite and peaceful. We even slept with the windows open and we did not hear any street noise! The flat is beautiful furnished and has everything you need for a weeks stay in London. We would rent it again for sure.

As good as it gets

The apartment's location in Soho means that you are absolutely in the centre of everything - theatres, restaurants and nightlife. But as soon as you shut the door to the apartment, you'll find it to be an oasis of serenity. The relatively small space (this is, after all, in the middle of one of the world's great cities) has been used to perfection, creating a highly usable kitchen, an excellent living area, a separate bedroom and a great bathroom.

Because we were there in July, we also loved the terrace, as a quiet place to have dinner and a drink and yet soak in London's marvellous vibe.

Absolutely recommended.

I have stayed at Robert's property once before and hope that my next stay is not far away. The location is unbeatable if you're looking for a place in central London. Nevertheless the apartment is very quite with only emergency services sirens punching through. I enjoyed stepping out of the sanctuary and into the hustle and bustle of the street below, and vice versa. Robert and his team are wonderful and do everything they can to make you welcome. The apartment is quiet, clean, spacious and the terrace is a boon. You'll have a wonderful time staying in Soho.
