NEIGHBOURHOOD: The neighborhood offers every type of restaurant imagionable and has excellent transport links to central London.YOU CAN WALK TO THE NORTHERN LINE TUBE STATION which takes you into Kings cross in 18 minutes. There are buses within a few minutes walk to many north london destinations- Hampstead, Golders Green, Camden town, Brent cross. Transport links are also excellent for Hertfordshire counties and towns such as St Albans, Hertford, Wewlyn, Hitchen, Potters Bar.
You do not need a car for this location because the transport links are excellent however, if you do have car you can drive 10 minutes to the Picadilly line which takes you directly to Heathrow, Kensington, Convent garden, St James Palace, Buckingham Palace.

This is a family friendly rental apartment and children are welcome. We also accept small well behaved pets with an additional pet cleaning fee which covers the cost of re sanitisation.
* PETS- A well behaved pet may be considered . An additional pet resanitisation fee of 40 is required.
* SMOKING- Strictly NO SMOKING- accept on the roof terrace where ashtrays are provided.
* BREAKAGES- A 400 security deposit is required- to be refunded in FULL providing that keys are returned and the home is left in good order
* ACCESS- The property is located on the first floor of a two story apartment complex. It is therefore not suitable for
* PAYMENT- A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
* CANCELATIONS- Travel insurance is recommended. We refund in FULL providing that 45 days notice is

I love the location of this property. It is very conveniently located in North London and you can walk to shops, the tube, British rail, buses , restaurants, the local market, cinema, theater and the local Starbucks is just a short stroll away. We are on the Northern line which is perfect for access into Finchley, Totteridge, Chalk Farm, Brent cross and Camden town. You can catch a overland train and be in the heart of london in less than 30 minutes. Barnet is one the most beautiful leafy suburbs of London.
I love the area for its sprawling park and green belt- which offer so much to do. You can walk to the woods, fish at the lake, play sports in the park or take a drive out to the stunning villages in Hertfordshire such as st albans , Letchworth or Hertford.

Myself and 3 girlfriends rented this apartment for a weeks stay. It was the perfect location and we were all happy with the stay. The best aspects were the location, comfortable beds and furnishings.It was clean and easy to book too!
We had a family wedding to attend and this place worked out fantastically for us. There were a total of 6 of us and we didn't want to hire cars. You can walk to the tube from here. In fact its so convinient that
you can get a bus or tube to central london in no time. what is best about this place is the space inside and stylish furnishings.Big comfy sofa's ... Kitchen is brand new and fully stocked. Lots of supplies that we haven't found in other vacation homes as well. There is a huge park across the street, you can walk to the woods. Big shopping center is walkable too which has a range of stores and restaurants. Excellent restaurants - all walkable- try the indian spices carriage and the pizza express- brilliant food. We would definately stay again.
The apartment was as the pictures we have seen. It is well seated and the apartment is about 1km walk to the underground of London. But you can take the bus at the other side of the road to the underground aswell. The apartment is situated at the main road of Barnet at the North of London. You can travel by car to it and stay out of the London district Zone.
For a visit to London the underground takes 25 minutes. So if you go with a group of 4 to 8 persons it is a splendid alternative if you do not want to go to small rooms in a London Hotel.
We had a splendid vacation over there.
I stayed at this property at the end of October. I found it very cosy and comfortable - the kitchen was big and great for cooking in, the bedrooms had character and I got a fantastic night's sleep under the crisp duvets in an enormous comfy double. The flat is located within a stone's throw or various shops, cafes and restaurants and the tube station is just 10 minutes walk away.

There is very easy access to central London which takes just 20 minutes on the train.You can drive to many hot spots in north London in just 30 minutes. Our recommendations in north London include Camden market, Hampstead heath and primrose hill.
Those area's of north London are 'must see's'.
Going the other direction into hertfordshire we highly recommend a visit to the old roman towns of st.Albans, Hertford and Hatfield house [ home to king henry and where Elton john held his last concert in the UK].
Closeby are also the Elstree studio's, Aldenham park, the wonderful town of Barnet with every imaginable facility including Hadley woods and sports center.
In the center of London we recommend the theater district, the vibrant convent garden and a trip to Buckingham palace [ all of these sites are just 10 stops on the tube for this house].
