BOOKING NOW FOR SUMMER AND FALL OF 2024. 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM IN HOUSE. ANY ADDITIONAL PEOPLE STAYING FOR THE WEEK WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $1000.00 PER PERSON. NO PETS. New hardwood flooring in 1st floor entry foyer, living room and dining room and 2nd floor bedrooms/hallway. Beautiful 3 story furnished home only 100 yards from the beach. The 1st floor consists of a front to back living room, kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and pantry with stack laundry, formal dining room which seats 4 and 1 full bath. The 2nd fl has a bdrm with a king bed and a 2nd bdrm with a queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed including 1 full bath. The 3rd fl includes a 4th bdrm with a king bed and the 5th bdrm has a queen bed including a crib and 1 full bath. ALL 5 bedrooms and the living room have their own window AC. Outside features a 12' x 30' deck including wicker chairs and a heavy duty timber dining table, a shower with hot and cold running water and a wooden picnic table on the front lawn. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Cable TV and Internet. A security deposit in the amount of $1,500.00 is required for all stays.

Cozy cottage great for families with kids

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. The decor is very cozy and inviting and the home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Bob and the owner were very accommodating and easy to talk to. We home to come back next fall too!

We are repeat customers - 3 years and counting!

The owner has taken excellent care of this house and has also made many recent improvements such as new wood floors in certain areas and new furniture. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are very large and the other 2 are just right for a couple or single. The house is in a leafy and quiet location, just one street back from the beach. The porch is a great place for coffee, breaks from the beach and family dinners. Having rented 4 other houses in the same area, this is our family favorite, and we are already planning for our 4th consecutive year in 2020.

Our favorite beach house in Old Orchard

My family and I rented this house for a reunion week the past two summers and are already looking forward to the summer of 2019. This is a well-cared for property in a great location - one block from the beach in a quiet part of OOB, near Ocean Park. The layout of the house with spacious bedrooms on both the second and third floors allows for plenty of privacy. The yard has beautiful old trees, and the porch is lovely at any time of day. We have created many wonderful memories here - we love this house!

Great Beach House and Stay!

We had a sensational stay at 28 Seaside Ave in OOB and here's why! We first met Bob as we came in from our long trip and showed us the home and its amenities. The Home and Property functioned well and it was truly "]Steps to the Beach" as advertised. The house was clean and spacious and functioned well as it met all of our needs for our stay. We very much look forward to staying next summer and to see the updates the owner has made to the property. See you in 2019!

I bought this house from my Family in June of 2018 and it has been in our family since 1983. All of the great memories in my life mostly exist here in Ocean Park and Old Orchard Beach.
As kids we as a family would come up to the Beach House every weekend and work on the home until it was perfect. I made life long friends up here and we all still get together as often as we can during season as well as off season. We know all our neighbors and have for decades, they are family to us and most who have passed on would come to this neighborhood in their last days just to feel the salt and wind on their faces before they go onward to the next. This fact is evidenced by the plethora of tribute benches that line the beaches and pathways honoring those that came before us in this wonderful beach town. Once you've had the experience of spending time in Ocean Park you really will not want to go elsewhere. That is why I have the privilege of hosting 28 Seaside Avenue in Old Orchard Beach Me.

Why they chose this property

Because it is centrally located on Scao bay at the deepest and most interesting part of the beach with Googin's Rocks and stones throw from the entrance to the most beautiful 7 Mile long Beach, the longest continuous beach on the east coast.
As well as the fact that this is were my soul lives...

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location.....it is steps from Ocean Park center but has room to breath. The beach is less than 100 yards away from the house and you can hear the waves crash from the deck. It is a walking distance to Old Orchard Beach Pier so leave your car parked and bust out the bikes and skate boards because that's how we get around here.
