Cozy town home, close to Lake Dillon & Main Street Frisco

  • 5 of 5

This cozy town home was comfortable and close to Lake Dillon as well as a short drive to Main Street Frisco. We enjoyed the included iTrip bike rental, sadly the paddle boarding was closed for the season or we would have done that too! The only thing that surprised us was that the 2 extra bedrooms were on the basement/garage level. (Was under the impression that the bedrooms were split between the main level and an upstairs). Worked out well, just a little unusual when traveling with two adult friends as someone had to take the 'basement bedroom'. A good home base for adventures around Lake Dillon. Butterhorn Bakery and 5th Ave Grille were excellent.

Wonderful vacation home

  • 5 of 5

All I can say is that this house was wonderful. All four of us want to go back next year. It was spacious and finely furnished. Also, very well equipped. One of my favorite parts of this trip was the location of this house. Walking distance to Starbucks and other places but still in a quiet area of homes. We loved how spacious it was.

Planning on going back next summer!!!!!

Frisco Townhome

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying at this charming town home convenient to shopping, highway access, and downtown Frisco. There are scenic mountain and lake views off the back balcony, as well as mountains and landscaped neighborhood outside the master bedroom bay window. The layout was great, we liked the cozy, but open living area. The bedrooms located on different floors afforded privacy and allowed different sleep schedules The townhome was very well made and insulated, beautifully appointed, and quiet. We never heard any neighbors and really enjoyed the hassle-free dedicated parking.

Great Stay! Clean, safe, quiet, and close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this wonderful home for some Spring break skiing. The place is clean, in a respectable neighborhood, and close to everything you will need for Winter, or Summer, fun. We were only 5 minutes from Copper Mountain, less than one minute from the grocery store (and other conveniences), and located in the heart of Frisco's commercial area. Historic Downtown Frisco is only 2 minutes away, and Dillon is right around the corner of the lake. The home has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, a garage, and all is tastefully decorated. I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful 'get-away' home!
