Built in 1893, The Maritime building was recently fully renovated and converted into upscale residences. As the first skyscraper in New Orleans, the building is now on the National Register of Historic Places. During the renovation, traditional elements were preserved, giving this property both old and new charm. |

The light, coffee colored bamboo floors, from the living room to the bedroom, glisten in the windows' light. This two bedroom, two bath condo offers a king size bed, queen size bed, and queen size pull-out sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Huge, sliding bamboo walls divide each bedroom from the living room. The master suite features a private bathroom. And the second full bathroom guarantees nobody's sleep or privacy will be disturbed. |

This condo is perfectly located - about 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. So easy and quick to get to almost everything but removed enough - especially at night - for a quiet, good night's sleep. The condo was spacious (for 4), clean, attractive and well stocked. Stay Alfred is an excellent management company and all requirements and responsibilities were very clear. We were there for 4 nights and felt right at home. Condo building is quiet with a (small) gym and (even smaller ) pool, but acceptable. I would recommend to others.
Over all a great stay. The living area was smaller than expected but we'll furnished. Location was excellent. Walking distance to the main parts of the French Quarter and short walk to the St. Charles Street car. Short walk to local resturants and 24 hour CVS. They sold basic food supplies. Would rent again.
In NOLA to see Dolly Parton, we could walk easily to Smoothie King venue, French Quarter, and restaurants. The apartment was
beautiful and comfortable, and the staff greeting us and giving us directions were incredible, outstanding, and just went above and
beyond! If it were Mardi Gras time, the noise level from the street would probably have been loud....but we heard very little. LOVED
the rooftop pool and balcony. A great experience, and would love to stay here again.
We are here for a family trip with 3 adults and 2 kids. This unit is very clean, modern and spacious and convenient in location. 2 blocks away from to street car- st Charles and canal steet line. Good market, Walgreens cvs are around the corner.
This will be our regular stay if we come back to Nola next time!
Loved the location and serenity of this property. In the heart of the city but very quiet and safe. Doorman greeted us and set up our arrival with area maps and suggestions for dinner and groceries nearby. Property was super clean, albeit a bit cramped with too much furniture in living/dining area. Also, layout did not match pictures on website with what we thought we were renting. However, enjoyed the stay and would stay again. So much better than a hotel. We even enjoyed the kitchen by making breakfast the next morning.
The condo is very clean very nice decor and furniture had everything you need. There is also a coffee, crepe shop on bottom floor which is very convenient. Parking is right across the street and you can come and go as you please but everything is pretty close walking distance. We would stay here again 1000%
