Enjoy Redondo Beach in this gorgeous and luxurious newly-remodeled home. This exclusive neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and very close to the beach.

THE SPACE

We purchased this house as our dream home, but moved away for work, and now it can be your vacation dream home :)

Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and is just a mile to the beach. This dream home is the perfect location for a vacation with family or friends, or a retreat with your company or organization. You can spend your entire trip relaxing in the home and the nearby area (beach, little shops and local restaurants, etc), or it's also a great home base for your trip to explore Los Angeles to the fullest.

The house has four private bedrooms, two of which are master suites with king-sized beds, and two of which have queen-sized beds. We also have a queen-sized luxury airbed, and a futon in the family room, for a total of six beds sleeping up to twelve people. This is the ideal space for your group.

Relax in the backyard around a fire at the gas fire pit or the picnic table. Enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted TV in the family room with your favorite movie or show. Cook a lavish meal in the spacious TV-worthy kitchen, and eat lunch or dinner inside at the dining table, or outside at the picnic table. Soak up for an hour in the Jacuzzi air jet tub. Use our super fast WiFi internet if you need to connect.

Approximately 2200 sq ft with a spectacular open floor plan, brand new kitchen, large kitchen island with cooking area, all stainless steel appliances, brand new six-burner pro-style Viking built-in gas cooktop, brand new Viking built-in oven, brand new Jacuzzi air jet tub, natural stone tile floors in the entryway and bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout the rest, recessed lighting throughout, Cambria and Caesarstone quartz countertops throughout. Your vacation dream home.

We are confident you will enjoy your stay in our home.

GUEST ACCESS

We use code-based keyless entry system, so you won't need a key.

You may use the entire house: all four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and backyard. You may also use the kitchen and any appliances within, TV, fire pit, and washer and dryer.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

You will have the entire home to yourself for the duration of your stay.

Feel free to ask us for tips on where to eat or other things you want to do. We're happy to give you advice on how to best enjoy your stay.

HOUSE RULES

Since our home is newly-remodeled, we expect you to treat it as if it were your own home or a very nice hotel.

Our rules are mostly the basics: be respectful of our home, be respectful of our neighbors, no pets, no smoking, what to do with the trash, where to park, etc.

After you book, you will receive detailed guidelines, amenities, and more in the House Manual.

Events are only allowed with prior written permission, and there may be an extra fee involved. This includes any gathering of more than 12 people, which is the published maximum for normal reservations. Please note that this is not a party house, as the house is in an exclusive residential neighborhood, and it's very important that we don't bother our neighbors.

Why Brandon Goldman chose Los Angeles area

Sherri and I bought this property when we were newlyweds. When we were looking to buy a house, we wanted a place that was awesome enough to live in forever. Big enough for our future kids, fantastic layout, exclusive neighborhood, lots of greenery, close to the beach, excellent schools, very safe area, etc.

We both ended up moving away for work, and couldn't bear to part with it! We decided to keep it and rent it out, and maybe move back one day. We recently remodeled the home, so it's even more of our dream home now than when we bought it!

What makes this house unique

We originally didn't even know this neighborhood existed. On a lush, green hill overlooking Redondo Beach? We thought that was all Palos Verdes! When we found out it was Redondo Beach and within our budget, we became very interested in the neighborhood. This house was one of the first houses in this neighborhood we looked at, and we fell in love with it right away. We never thought we'd get it, and didn't even make an offer at first, but after looking at dozens of other houses, we came back to this one and bought it :)

Great house for a family or group of friends!

I stayed here with my family for 5 nights, and we were very pleased with the house. It's a really nice property and was very consistent with what you see in the pictures. Brandon was very responsive and offered to send anything we were missing within a day. He also provides instructional notes throughout the house to help explain how to use the home's amenities, which was a nice touch.

The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and the beds were fantastic! There's a great BBQ, beach chairs/umbrella, both a crib and pack-n-play, and a great backyard. The neighborhood is also really nice, and made us feel like we were staying in our home away from home.

Fabulous week in the South Bay Area of LA

The home is beautiful. Exactly as the pictures show. We spent a week in the home and it is in a great location. Close to the quieter part of Redondo/Torrence beaches. The house is full of amenities. There were 7 adults in our party and we had more than enough room. Also included were lots of extras like beach chairs , towels and sand toys if we had brought children. And the home would be child friendly. The layout and renovations are very nice. We would definitely recommend.

Spacious, Perfect Layout and Fun!

Great layout of home with 2 spacious bedrooms in the front of home sharing a bright bathroom, and 2 enormous bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, in the back of home. Back bedrooms each had couches, which added to the spacious, luxurious feel of the rooms. 2 living areas, separated by kitchen and dining room, gave extra space to spread out or retreat for quiet. Fire-Pit in the backyard was fun, and we used the grill often. Rocket Ship park is within a 15 minute walk, and gives beautiful views of the ocean as well. Great location of home, only minutes from PCH, grocery stores, and Riviera Village Shopping Center.

Property served our needs. The house was well stocked with every item you need.

Very pleased with our stay here. Only real downside was freeway accessibility but if your focus is on beach time should not be a worry. Only one tv in house so if you can't agree on what you are watching you better bring your laptop. Wifi was excellent

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Redondo Beach is an excellent location. There are long stretches of beach, the Esplanade is a beautiful place to walk, Riviera Village on Catalina Ave has a variety of local restaurants and little shops, and the Redondo Beach Pier is a tourist favorite. If you plan on cooking, the best local grocery store, Sprouts, is right down the hill. If you like nightlife, you’ll definitely want to make it to the Hermosa Beach Pier. If you have kids, Rocketship Park is a short walk away.

Our neighborhood specifically is in a very exclusive part of town, secluded and with lots of greenery, located on a hill overlooking the surrounding area. And the beach is just a mile away!

GETTING AROUND

The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, minutes from downtown Redondo Beach, close to Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach, and only a short distance from LAX airport. Santa Monica, Venice, Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Disneyland are all within reasonable driving distance.

You can park two or three cars in the driveway, and there is always plenty of street parking as well.
