Our fabulous 15th floor beach front condo boasts a huge (281 sf) private balcony with fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Our gulf front master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and a private bath. You will love our professionally decorated unit with very unique furnishings and premium bedding.

About Don Wallace

I'm semi-retired after spending more than 33 years in the motion picture business. I'm an avid runner and cyclist, and a struggling golfer. With the exception of a few years in Canada, I've lived in Plano, TX since 1986. I spend 6 to 8 weeks here in Panama City Beach every year myself, and I keep the condo in outstanding condition both for myself and for you. I have one adult son who, because of work, does not get down here nearly enough!

Why Don Wallace chose Florida

Along with my brother, I bought my first condo here at Emerald Isle in 2011. We looked at nearly every building in Panama City Beach before deciding on purchasing here. When I found that I was spending more time here than I'd originally planned I began looking for a second condo. Again, I looked at nearly every beach front building in Panama City Beach, but ultimately decided that Emerald Isle was still my top choice for the same reasons I bought here the first time. I love our location, our amenities, the way our property is maintained, the fabulous floor plan and expansive private balcony, and the outstanding management of both our facility and our Homeowners' Association.

Very Pleasant Stay

Condo was very clean, furniture pleasantly comfortable, and all electrical appliances and plumbing performed solid. Owner was very polite and accessible. Would recommend this condo for anyone looking for R&R in Panama City Beach, FL.
