Return Visitors

  • 5 of 5

Our July vacation this year was our second visit to this terrific property because our first visit in 2014 was so successful. Our very positive review from 2014 remains unchanged, and our adult family members and their toddler (along with their dog) and visiting friends thoroughly enjoyed spending time with us at the house. Jackie, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful, and stopped by several times to see that everything was going well for us. We highly recommend this property, and hope to return again for another relaxing and enjoyable escape.

Perfect Family Reunion Home

  • 5 of 5

We rented this lovely home for a Christmas family reunion with our adult children. Jackie, our hostess, set up a tree with lights and provided ornaments for us to finish decorating. The kitchen was beautifully equipped for all my holiday cooking. All the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with luxurious linens. Despite the gray rainy weather, this gracious New England home supplied the perfect setting for laughter and love.

Ain't September Grand

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary by renting this Paradise Ave. property for two weeks in September. With family and friends, sunny weather, and much laughter we enjoyed this home immensely. Comfortable with everything you would would want or need, I can highly recommend this property for any and all occasions, especially relaxing.

August Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Our family rented this lovely house in a pastoral setting for the month of August. The home was spacious and well maintained, with a beautiful, expansive rear lawn and a patio that was great for al fresco dining. The owners were accessible and very friendly, and it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy their home. Our adult children and their family joined us and they were as happy as we were in the house. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and yet away from the summer hubbub of downtown Newport, just a few minutes' drive away. This is a great spot for relaxing, and exploring Newport and the surrounding areas. We'd love to come back!

A perfect "home base" for a weekend event

  • 5 of 5

This property is a real gem, and could not have been a better fit for our family's use over the Memorial Day weekend. The comfy bedrooms were a wonderful place to rest after long days spent out of doors. The spacious floor plan made for easy flow and never feeling cramped when the weather temporarily turned rainy. The lush and expansive lawn was just what we had hoped for once the sun broke through and we could fully enjoy this terrific property.
