Newly modernized and refurbished this 1936 Key West style cottage is truly special.

The property comprises a main house, cabana and pool. Fully furnished to a high standard, the main house has a: Reading room, large kitchen/family room, 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The spacious cabana has: living room with sofa bed, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Step out to the beautiful spacious herringbone sun deck barbecue area with heated pool.

  • The master suite comprises a British colonial style bedroom, king size poster bed-set, and built in closet. En-suite has 2 sinks and a bath with shower. The French windows open onto a balcony with table and chairs perfect to eat breakfast whilst look out over the pool. The deco suite is original to the house and has a queen size bed and built in closet. The en-suite is a charming ‘deco’ feature with bath/shower. The Cabana bedroom has queen size bed and fitted wardrobes with an en suite, which has a stylish walk in shower. The Cabana living room has a full size sofa bed if required.

When you arrive the property will be fully prepared for your stay. If you if you require a 'cleaning service' there will be a charge of $25 per hour, payable at the time. The pool can be heated - if this is a facility you wish to use there will be a fee based on the gas used. There is a $300 per week security deposit required for each booking. We ask you to leave the property tidy and reserve the right to charge for any cleaning of the property if there is excessive cleaning required upon departure. The gas grill is free to use (gas not provided) but we do ask that you leave it clean if you chose not to there will be an added cleaning fee of $40 taken from your security deposit. The air conditioning it set at 75 degrees, for each degree that it is set lower than 75 there will be a $5.00 per degree a day fee that will be deducted from the security deposit.

Simply paradise!

We stayed in this beautiful home in the Flamingo Park district of West Palm for 2 glorious weeks with our friends from Paris and their 2 children (we were 4 adults and 4 kids aged 4 to 9). What can I say - Geoff's home was perfect in every way and even exceeded our expectations! The home is fully equipped - the kitchen has every appliance and gadget you might need. Goeff provided beach towels and extra bath towels and even had kleenex, cleaning products and garbage bags on hand (which is a real convenience - many rental homes do not provide this but is SOOOO appreciated). The home was spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out; we had the master and extra bedroom in the main house, and our friends and their 2 kids stayed in the Cabana, and we all convened in the large open living/dining area. There are 5 TV's at this property - which was also convenient (though we hardly watched any) - because even though it was August in south Florida, we had 2 weeks of sun (including that solar eclipse on Aug 21!). I have saved the best for last - the best part of this property is the outdoor space: there is a large pool with a small waterfall feature that adds to the tropical ambiance. There are lots of lounge chairs (and lots of shade throughout the day), as well as outdoor dining and sitting areas. We spent most of our vacation in the pool and I am grateful because my son can finally swim! This property also has a number of other unique features that renters should appreciate: seamless check in; a nicely stocked library in (which has retained it's vintage look!); full AC; easy parking; a garage stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a large beach 'tent' and umbrella; a new BBQ; and a great location about 2 mins from I-95 (5 mins from PB airport) and 10 mins drive to the beach. We recommend Phipp's Ocean Park for the beach (parking is a bit $$ but there are services and the beach is gorgeous!). Also - you can get gas for the BBQ at Publix (grocery store) which is a 2 min drive. Thanks Geoff - we hope to meet you next time - as we will definitely be back! Perfect Holiday

Loved the house and the location. It delivered everything it had promised. Good size for a family of 4 and we barely used the Cabana. Pool is fab and location ideal. A short walk from City Place and very close to I95 for traveling anywhere. I would certainly be looking to use this property again if I return to WPB.

Palm Ridge Oasis

This property was perfect for us. It was a great experience for our family. The home is set up for families or couples and everyone has their own space and privacy. It is a beautiful older home that has been updated and is in a wonderful historical district. Beach, shopping, restaurants and activities all within 15 minutes or less. Returning to a quite neighborhood and enjoying your own private pool is a plus. The property Manager, Matthew was an absolute pleasure. The owners have put lots of work into making the property feel like "home". Thanks to Geoff & Matthew for sharing this place. If we are in the area in the future, we would love to be able to stay at Palm Ridge again. Thank you again for a great vacation location!

Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palm Ridge! I literally cannot think of one constructive thing to say about our experience. From the beginning when I spoke to Geoff, to our meeting with Matthew, and through our days in the house, everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Having stayed in many VRBO vacation rentals, I can tell you that is not always the case. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Palm Beach Atlantic Univerity and with Geoff's permission, hosted a family gathering after with catering from nearby Grato restaurant...the house lended itself perfectly. Everyone who enjoyed the house is talking about future plans to stay again. If you are looking for a beautiful and tranquil setting in Palm Beach, this is the place!

A Beautiful Vacation Home

We have stayed at this beautiful home 3 years in a row and every year it just gets better and better. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained at a high level. Wonderful home

Stayed at this home the past week. It has everything you could possibly need. The home is very clean and the decor is beautiful. Backyard has a beautiful pool and gardens. The location is perfect.
