This is a ground floor corner apartment in the exiting new resort of Roda Golf and Beach. The apartment over looks the swimming pool and is fully equipped for a fabulous holiday for the whole family or for that special golfing holiday you have dreamed about. The apartment is a maximum of 10 minutes drive from Murcia AIirport and is minutes away from the Ap-7 motorway which connects you to Alicante on one side and Malaga on the other. The nearest beach is again only 10 minutes drive from the apartment in the tourist town of Los Alcazares, where a number of water based sports are available to all.

The apartment is situated in a secure gated community, with a number of on site amenities. Holiday makers will have discounted golf course fees and also the use of a shuttle bus to the exclusive Beach resort looking onto the Mediterranean sea. The apartment has the facility to sleep a maximum of 6 people. You have your own plasma TV, fridge and washing machine.

Apartment is on the ground floor which is accommodated within phase three of the prestigious Location Roda Beach and Golf resort. Bed room 1 inc ensuite, Bedrrom 2 twin bed, Bedroom 1 can be made up 2 twin or one double with en-suite. (Bed can be made to double upon request) , bathroom, lounge , kitchen , terrace situated in a sunny location a few short steps away from the swimming pool. The apartment includes everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday.

Roda Golf and Beach resort just 1.5Km from Los Narejos beach, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares a charming small town famous for it's blue flag beaches and restaurants. Close to the port of Cartagena, the historic city of Murcia and La Manga. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out in.

This luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment all comforts of heating and air conditioning,32 inch Plasma T.V and DVD.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine. Dinning table to seat 4, also expands to seat 6.The sofa bed opens up to sleep a further 2 people so maximum sleepers 6.

To the rear of apartment there is a large area of Terraces:Covered area with table and chairs to enjoy the weather in the shade overlooking pool, where you can dine and al fresco while sampling the local vino.A full sun area with 2 sun lounges, this area is a sun bathing haven as the pool is a stone throw away to cool down.

The resort has 24 hour gated security and is suitable for children with play areas nearby. A short walk takes you to the club house which has music nights during the summer month

Air Conditioning: A card is provided for a small charge 10euros on your arrival. This should provide sufficient air conditioning during your stay. If you require any further credit, this can be purchased from the house keeper.

  • Apartment accommodates up to a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and has a double bed which can be split and made up to two singles if required. The second bedroom has two single beds but these can be joined to make a double bed if required. All laundry and cleaning charges are included within the £200.00 Per week payment. The only additional payment is 15 euros to operate your Airconditioning, this obtained with your keys you pay 15 euros on collection of keys and card. The apartment is on the ground floor a stone throw away from the pool.

We will apply for a discount card for your arrival so you are eligablefor: -Restaurant discount 10% -Green Fees 20% ( See Roda Golf and Beach Resort web site for more Details) When you arrive at the Resort Enquire about the Beach facilities , Roda has a private beach strip on La Manga, with a rewstaurant and bar . Transport is provided at a charge by Roda to the Beach Resort. Times of travel and rates cahnge accordingley.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this very nice apartment, and appreciated its fine standard and the good condition. Perfect location very close to the pool, and with at big terrace overlooking the pool area.

Rode is a peaceful and clean resort, and perfect for relaxing together with your family or kids.

A car is recommended if you want to go sightseeing outside Roda.

An excellent apartment. Equipped to the highest standard and very

comfortable, quiet with close proximity to the pool. The property was

clean and well maintained and customer service was superb. The Roda site is most pleasant with easy access to the beach and shopping centre. I would recommend this apartment to anyone

wishing a quiet, peaceful and restful holiday.

great holiday location for families

great facilities in a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment beside a pool. Brilliant for families as you can keep an eye on your children from the patio. Standard of apartment was 4* with all facilities including shutters to keep heat out at midday. Golf course within 10 minutes as well as clubhouse where meals are of a high standard.All in all a great holiday location.

The Apartment is in a secure gated resort which is only 10 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport. Local connections such as motorways are very close by. Thenearest town to the resort is Los Alcazares which has its own special features such as a market, number of hotels, restaurants and bars.

Golf: On request, discounted golf fees can be obtained for rounds of golf at Roda Golf. Please let us know your details and Roda will be informed of your arrival and discounts can be received at the club house and the golf range as well.
