These beautiful spacious, corner ground floor and penthouse apartments are furnished to a high standard. Both have fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ideal for self catering holidays. Spacious lounge with Spanish television and limited English television, IPod station, DVD player, with DVD's to borrow and CD stereo system. Cot and high chair available. Air conditioning. Internet and wireless wifi available. Ground floor apartment has a large terrace with luxury loungers and dining furniture. The penthouse has a large roof top terrace with loungers and a beautiful gazebo with a shaded dining area. The penthouse has an additional south facing terrace with traditional Spanish furniture.

A beautiful gated complex with landscaped gardens, one main pool, toddler pool and jacuzzi. Secure car parking. Great for a romantic weekend or a dream holiday in the sun. Suitable for singles, couples or family holidays wanting a luxury break in a quiet location.

Golf: The Costa Del Sol is renowned for its golf and there are many excellent courses within a short distance of this resort. It is adjacent to the Cabopino golf course. There are over 25 championship golf courses within a thirty minute drive.

Panoramic views of the mountains, golf course and the sea from the large roof top terrace. There is a table and chairs for dining under a beautiful gazebo and there are also loungers and comfy cushions for sun bathing. A spiral stair case leads down to another terrace, for dining with traditional Spanish furniture. A comfortable lounge, seats four people. Internet is available. Payable locally. There is limited English tv or Spanish tv, a DVD player with DVDs to borrow and a stereo music system with a CD player. A dining area has a table with four chairs. The kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer and is fully equipped with lots of extras. Two luxury bedrooms have two single beds in each with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a mattress that zips together to make a double bed. Two bathrooms, each have a shower over the bath. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are directly outside the apartment.

Great Relaxing Break

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The apartment was great. We especially loved the terraces and the fabulous views. The apartment was very clean. As I like to cook, I particularly liked the kitchen as it was well stocked. We enjoyed the DVD selection and the books as we wanted to relax in the apartment. We will be returning soon!

No luxury but good sized flat

What we did not like:

1 No proper lightning in the sitting room with dining area. Only a few lights in the ceiling

2 No bedlights by any bed (4)

3 The TV did not work after our effort to make it work according to instructions.

4 The heatingsystem did not work

5 The key to the red gate by the elevators did not work properly from outside

6 Wi-Fi was not included as we thougt

7 Where is the luxury in the flat? Description not correct!

8 Not walkingdistance to anything. Car required.

Owner's Response: Thank you for submitting a review. I’m pleased you liked the lay out of the apartment and the views from the terraces. I’m glad my key holder looked after you and you felt very safe in the gated community. The TV and air con are in working order so I was disappointed that you didn’t contact myself or my key holder for help in operating them. My website states that there is a small charge for the Internet and I recommend that you need a car, which you did organise. The website contains many photos of the interior of the apartment showing the quality of the fixtures and fittings. There are also details of everything that is included within the apartment, so that guests know what to expect when they arrive. Therefore, I was surprised at some of your comments. I welcome feedback as I work very hard at trying to give my guests a very enjoyable holiday experience.

Great place to stay

This is the second time that I have stayed at Delia's apartment. This year we chose the ground floor and it was excellent. The apartment is excellently furnished and well stocked. It is in a quiet location and it is advisable to have a car if you want to explore. I would definitely recommend either apartment, thanks again Delia

We had a great stay

From the day we booked and til we left it was a great experince.

The place is on top of a hill so we were glad to have a car.

There was a parkjing garage so that was great.

The place was very calm overall with Andy's restaurant very close by - good prices and good food. Closed mondays!

The apartment - 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom - Very Nice

The information in the apartment could be a little bit updated but overall a very good experience and well recommended -

Everything perfect

We enjoyed twice this apartment and it's great worth , urbanization is quiet and pretty, the apartments are very large, clean and with all the details you need. A real pleasure to be there a few days .
