Fully air conditioned with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom downstairs.

This villa is lovely. There is everything you need in villa, the layout of the property was perfect for us and the location brilliant. It felt home from home which made the holiday very relaxed and enjoyable.
The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

EXCELLENT accommodation - centrally located between the Marina & Downtown. Absolutely spotless inside and out.
High quality fittings - nice pool - very quiet and respectful neighbour's. Best fortnights sleep I've had in years! and the local Contact Jonah was such a nice guy and totally geniune.
Das Objekt liegt im South Marina Compound, genau in der Mitte zwischen Downtown und Abu Tig Marina. Beides ist bequem in einem 10 minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist in allem gut durchdacht ausgestattet und gepflegt.
Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe; die Betten sind bequem, aber nicht zu weich; ausreichend Staufläche in Schrank und Schubladen ist vorhanden.
Auch die Bäder bieten ausreichend Stellfläche.
Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen und Zweckmäßigen gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Arbeitsfläche.
Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist gemütlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: am Esstisch fehlen ein 5. und 6. Stuhl. Mit den Stühlen der unteren Terrasse kann man sich jedoch ausreichend behelfen.
Gartenanlage und Pool sind gut gepflegt. Es gibt für jeden eine Liege, allerdings nur wenig Schatten.
Für uns als Familie mit 3 Teenagern bot die Wohnung ausreichend Platz - auch um sich mal zurück zu ziehen. Das betreuende Ehepaar Ian und Pam hat uns herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes gut um uns gekümmert (Hilfe bei nicht in HRG angekommenem Gepäck, Zwischenreinigung, Rückreisetransfer).
Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!
El Gouna is sometimes described in the travel guides as the Venice of Egypt because the villas, townhouses and apartments are situated around lagoons and meandering canals, which form a serious of small islands interlinked by bridges. It offers one of the widest ranges of leisure possibilities in the Red Sea, making it a perfect destination for a holiday.
Numerous restaurants in Abu Tig Marina and Downtown, ranging from 5* Hotels to Italian pizzerias. Eating out costs less than half of the equivalent in the UK! Great choice of bars, or you can dance the night away at the Mangroovy beach party.
Some excellent Hotels are situated close by, inc Steinberger which has a 18 hole US PGA championship golf course, or Movenpick with its superb spa.
Apart from the world-class diving,water sports and fabulous beaches, you could go on some excellent excursions - a desert safari at sunset, visit Luxor and The Valley of Kings, Cairo to see the Pyramids of Giza or take a cruise down the River nile

Bookings for parties under the age of 26 unfortunately cannot be taken.
Maximum number of guests booking are taken is 6.
Rates are fully inclusive of electricity and water for the exception of June to September when an additional £20 to £40 per week will be requested.
Deposits are non refundable.
Full refund (minus the non refundable deposit) if cancellation is within 60 days prior to arrival and 50% thereafter.
Property has £1,000,000 public liability insurance but it is strongly advised to take out a personal comprehensive travel insurance.
Non refundable Deposit due at the time of booking, £100 for each booked week to secure and confirm a booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to holiday.
Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfers to UK and Egypt or through PayPal. Please note that any bank charges incurred will have to be covered.
