Immaculate 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home with electric heat pump to heat the pool. The open floor plan includes a separate dining room. The kitchen features a breakfast nook and opens to the large living room with pool views. The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, shower and garden tub, and sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th bedroom contains twin beds. You'll find a couple of fishing rods, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a large cooler and a trolley to carry them to the beach, as well as pool toys, for your enjoyment. The home has a safety gate surrounding the pool, which is heated with solar panels and a solar cover. Internet included.

Peak Season monthly rate is $3,400 per month (January 1 through March 31).
3 MONTH MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED DURING PEAK SEASON
Up to 2, small (25lbs), non-shedding dogs are allowed. Pet fee is per pet and is non-refundable. No cats.
Reservation fee covers departure cleaning and accidental damage insurance in lieu of a security deposit.
Payment is made to rental management company, Floridian Realty Services, LLC. A down payment (in U.S. funds) is due at the time of signing the lease agreement. The balance is due 30 days before check-in.
