Quiet one bedroom , one bath condo on fourth floor of an elevator building. New kitchen cabinets and granite counters. New bathroom. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Two blocks to beach. Queen sized bed in bedroom. Kitchen includes microwave, gas stove, full sized refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer just outside the door in the hallway. Pots and pans to cook meals. Two cable televisions one in bedroom and one in living area.

City rental bikes are located on the other side of the building - you don't even need a car to enjoy everything South Beach has to offer from my condo!

If you come by private or rental car, parking structures are available.

Great location

The apartment in the location where absolutely wonderful. However there is a smell in the hallway on occasion and there are bugs. The downside of everything was not enough to take away from the great experience I had at the beach. Parking is very inconvenient but that is true for all of Miami. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this to a friend

Excellent location and cheap

The apartment is in a great location for visiting south beach area. Also, quick pickup times with Lyft which I used to hit other areas. Apt is basic (get what you pay for).

I had issue with roaches everyday, so just make sure to shake out clothes, shoes, and bags before packing. Other than the clothes I hung, I left clothes in plastic bags and my suitcase during the stay.

The owner is responsive and quickly resolved issues with the entry code when I first arrived.

Pretty good place and unbeatable location

I loved my stay at this apartment. It is a perfect size for 2 people; there is a pull out couch for a 3rd if no one minds sleeping on it. The apartment could have been a little cleaner, but it was perfectly fine for our stay, especially for the amazing price. The location was absolutely perfect - we walked everywhere; it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and right next to restaurants and shops. In the heart of South Beach. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. It was in a complex where all tenants need remote entry, so it made me feel very secure.

Older building but great location

Ben was great. The building is older but the apt is decent. Check in and out was easy. Ben even allowed us to check out late. We had everything we needed. We were not there much. It's south beach. Great food just down stairs. If your looking for a 5 star hotel this is not for you. If you want a clean place to rest in the middle of all the action this works. Thanks Ben

Great Value For Money

The unit is just as described, but just a bit bigger. Location is great to get anywhere, the building is safe. Unit was clean and the owner was helpful prior and during the trip. I would absolutely stay there again.
