If your stress level doesn't drop by 50% when you come over the bridge to Marco Island, it will once you enter your vacation oasis. This charming three bedroom two bathroom private home, is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the golf course across the street, and an amazing 5 intersecting canal views from the deck! Fully furnished, and a well equipped home with a private pool and dock. Once you enter the house, you are exposed to a wall of windows and water views. The lanai is split level with lounge chairs on the top deck off the master bedroom, and heated pool on lower level. Plenty of outdoor seating. The boat-lift is not for guest use, but the dock is available for use. There is nothing better then waking up, and having your coffee out on the private lanai watching out for dolphins or manatee that may pass by. Marco Island is approximately 4 miles by 7, so getting around by foot, bike or car are all options. On Marco, nothing is too far away.
We rented this house with two couples, two kids and two babies.
Three bedrooms would be sufficient - couples with babies in pack n plays in their rooms, the two kids share the room with the twin beds.
The house was really nice - good furniture, lots of space for relaxing and hanging out, wonderful pool, nice kitchen, etc.
The only drawback was the third bedroom. The photos on this listing are misleading, as the third bedroom doesn't actually have four walls. It looks like it used to be part of the main area of the house, maybe as a small den or something. Rather than build an actual wall, the owners just put up large closet doors to separate the room from the living area of the house. Since there were no walls, it made it so the bedroom pretty much had no privacy, was really loud, and impossible to sleep in if anyone else was awake in the main house.
Island Escape Rentals was awesome, though - when we went to talk to them about the house, they offered us a new one right away and we really enjoyed our stay.
