Absolutely beautiful location!

Sunrise on the beach, sunset on the dock. Absolutely beautiful location. Great communication and quick response from management when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Amazing location/views; can use a few updates

Million dollar views. The A frame house is perched on dunes of spectacular beach and property includes a strip of land across street with a long dock out to the Indian River (intercoastal waterway) with spectacular sunset views. Upper floor of house boasts gorgeous views of both waterfronts and we were wowed by sunrises every a.m. and sunsets on dock every night. We’d bring the beach chairs the owner was kind to provide at the house to our sunsets on dock! The views of the sea when you step into the living room are stunning. The first floor of house is not very updated but perfectly outfitted for a group or family without small kids. (We were there as a couple with another couple and our dog, and appreciated the home welcomed pets). Theres large kitchen and kitchen island , open to large living area and ocean views, a dining room area, a separate office room perfect for a remote worker, a powder room, and large deck overlooking beach. A narrow spiral staircase leads upstairs to a somewhat dated but very functional third floor bedroom and views are spectacular up there, especially from top of stairs where there is a loft with a futon that can accommodate another sleeper, in addition to master suite. Stellar views from large master shower of ocean AND river/sunsets! In need of updating is lower floor (back down same rather precarious narrow spiral stairway) to what feels like a dark area, much of which we realized was previously the garage. (The exterior wall of ground floor is actually the old double garage doors). This floor feels a bit more like camping. I bought fresh flowers for that bedroom (because the tough thing, renting house with another couple, was huge disparity between the views and space of master in this tall A frame house, and dark areas in need of an update on lower floors!). But —-if you love water views/ above and beachfront location you won’t mind. The staircase could be dangerous for children. dogs, elderly , anyone with mobility issues. Hot tub is fabulous but needed service most of time we were there. The owner is who services it, and so while property manager was easily reached, we needed to work with owner by phone to troubleshoot hot tub most days. Owner was avail to help tho! Road outside is winding, narrow and precarious with no shoulder stressful for walking. Grounds need a clean-up in area. Amazing lovely spot — We had a fabulous time here! Soecial! Great fun!
