In fact, basically the only thing that isn’t new in this refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo are the sweeping views of the community’s lake, the communal pool, and the gorgeous Gulf Coast water. So go ahead. Crack open those French doors that lead to your open-air balconies. Because even when you’re not relaxing outside, you’ll still want to hear the sweet sounds of the fountain bubbling and the waves crashing that can calm even the most anxious visitor. You see, everyone is relaxing in these parts.
Centrally located just off scenic Hwy. 30A near Blue Mountain Beach, don’t let the word “condo” fool you. This spacious retreat is perfect for families of all sizes and can comfortably sleep up to nine. How you ask? Well, the large master bedroom and the spacious guest bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bunk beds certainly help. But Gulf Place Caribbean also basks in the luxury of a wide-open floorplan and a hallway alcove with another set of bunk beds, ideal for the rambunctious children in your bunch.
So what exactly are the renovations we’re alluding to? Well, seemingly everything. Feel free to gawk if you must at the vibrant, fresh paint. The glistening floors. The custom kitchen cabinetry. The comfy and cozy couches. The sturdy granite countertops and bar. The porcelain tiles on the bathroom floors and the ceiling fans helping to spread the coastal breeze all throughout your condo. It’s all here. And it’s all new just for you.
But when you’re done admiring the extraordinary attention to detail, feel free to roam around some of the area’s main attractions. Take a dip in one of the communal pools or adjacent hot tub. Take the family out to a delicious dinner. Take a nap on your private, deeded beach or take a swing on the neighboring golf course. The unit was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The small package of Amavida coffee, filters to fit the coffee maker and cold bottled water in the refrigerator were a nice touch. We cooked several meals in the unit and it had everything needed. Ample towels were provided in both bathrooms, as well as trail size soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was also detergent, dryer sheets and more than enough dishwasher tablets provided. The unit was very comfortable and had ample space for relaxation. Our only complaint was that we could easily hear the people in the unit above us moving around and they were very early risers. The unit was well-maintained and appeared very fresh upon our arrival.
Beautifully appointed property! We have stayed at multiple units in Gulf Place and this one was probably the best outfitted between toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock containers, cups with straws, etc. There weren't any negatives at all but only one improvement that comes to mind and that's a harder master bedroom mattress. :) Great condo - would definitely rent from again!
Great place! Gulf Place #204 was super clean and stocked. The coffee pot broke on Sunday and Anna, had one at the condo in a few hours. We will only stay with Invited Home operated rentals from now on.
This is a very beautiful condo. We were impressed with it. The beds were comfortable and home stocked for the little things so we didn't have to go out and buy anything. What was the greatest perk, is being across the street to the ocean with private beach access. We will definitely be back to this condo. It was nice spending all day at the beach and then relaxing at night in the hot tub/heated pool. My daughter had a blast here.
Returning home from a wonderful week here! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds/linens. Kitchen was well-stocked which is very appreciated. Love it that you have thought of everything, from coffee to dish/laundry detergent! Makes it easy to relax and enjoy! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, letting the breezes blow in through the balcony days, and relaxing in the clean heated pool! A huge bonus for us is that we had beach access nearby for our handicapped daughter...it was the reason I booked this location versus other beaches. We loved our time here and are considering it again for next year! Only problem was the elevator was not working twice during our week which was problematic when your child is in a wheelchair but we worked around it. Thank you
This unit was very well equipped and clean! Also, the beds were very comfortable and there was lots of elbow room for our family of 4 adults.
This unit could easily accommodate 6 people.
