The apartment had good amenities, as well as a great location for our stay. We were several blocks away from the really busy part of the city, but it was really walkable. There was a bar downstairs which was very convenient and several 24 hour food places. It was a quick walk to bourbon street and other downtown destinations. The only issue we had was getting our luggage from the car. The parking lot was hard to navigate and find the only entrance to the building, which was on the 3rd floor of the building, but the 4th floor of the parking garage. Otherwise, the place was clean and easy.
Good location but the apartment needs work. The carpet is very dirty and should be cleaned, and the walls need to be painted. The walls are horribly thin and the neighbour complained because we were talking! I don't think this condo offers value for money and I would not stay there again.
The apartment was clean, right within walking distance from where everything is. Was easy to drive to and provided parking. There were a couple things that needs improvement. The beds were hard and needs a live seat or recliner for extra seating, more comfortable seating. All there was is a couch and a table with four chairs. Also the walls are very thin. You could whisper and still hear the people in the other room.
The apartment was great! Perfect location for public transportation. Very convenient to Canal, but not as noisy as staying on Canal St. Staff was very helpful when any problems arose. Furnishings were very comfortable and clean!
We had a great time here. It was a convenient walk to canal and bourbon streets and anyplace else we wanted to go was no more than a 5-10 min drive.
