Thanks for cooperation. We got exactly what we expected. Villa was nice, great located, stuff was very helpful. Hope we will rent more from Luxury Retreats for next holidays!
The accommodation was great. There was plenty of room for all of us as well as space to have some alone time. The staff we where involved with where great in particular Emma. The food was great although for us coming from Australia we found it very rich. Having said that the serving size where great not too small. The wines whilst we didn't drink many where good although I think the lack of both sparkling and still water was poor. Once the cupboard with drinks in was empty it was never refilled. Have a concierge that was a ski instructor didn't work as he was never contactable. With the drivers in particular and other staff to a lesser extend we should have been supplied a printed roster of who was on duty and who to call. A full list of numbers would also have been helpful. The floors in the chalet where strange as splinters in feet where common . Having said that Emma was fantastic and both drivers where more than accommodating. The location was perfect
