The second floor has to very ample rooms each with a queen size bed and the option to add individual portable beds. The master room is private located on the third floor. Stop looking. This is it.

Look no further. You won't go wrong with this property. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and grocery store and easy access to all areas of LA. The property is BEAUTIFUL with high end finishes. We had 6 people and were very comfortable. The guest rooms are large and every bedroom has a large, flat screen TV. Our permanent home is high end, so our standards are high. It really has everything you need with location being prime. The owner could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

Fabulous home!

This home is gorgeous. Completely updated with modern decor. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was amazing, and the neighborhood is very quiet. When we realized we needed an iron, I texted Patricia, and she ran one over within 10 minutes! Very nice lady! We will stay again.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

I encourage you to enjoy our space, however if noise or neighbor complaints are reported you will forfeit you entire deposit. It is important to respect the neighbors.

Accidents may occur but they are not included in the rate. Please inform us of any breakages and we will let you know the cost and deduct it from your security deposit. If the cost is in excess of your security deposit you will be charged this amount.

Parties and sleep over guests are absolutely prohibited.

You will be charges for replacement keys if you lose any of the keys.

There are no additional guests allowed beyond what was communicated to the host, this includes day time guests as well as people sleeping over.

If anyone staying in our home is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, we're authorized to request the immediate departure of the entire party. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of the security deposit or prepaid rent. Please keep in mind that when renting a property, you accept the terms and conditions herein, and are expected to comply at all times. The person signing the contract is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your party.
