This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is just only a block from Yellowstone National Park. Within walking distance you will find parks, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, watering holes and more. This centrally located property comes with beautiful morning views of Electric Peak and Mt. Everets. Because of the idyllic location, you can enjoy watching elk and bison roam around while relaxing on your walkout bedroom deck located on the 2nd floor.

There are 3 beds in the bedroom upstairs, 1 queen size and 2 twin size. All of the mattresses are tempurpedic in order to provide you with a good nights’ sleep after long days of hiking, rafting and exploring the park. There is one full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the 1st floor. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking. If you’d rather go out, there is a great selection of restaurants only a block away. Just about everything you need in Gardiner is within walking distance from this location.

Don't fight the huge bus loads of travelers at the hotels, long luggage carry and noise up and down the hotel halls!! Come where you can relax.

If you choose to stay with us, you will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, the perfect companion to help you relax and take in the views after your long day of travel.

Because of its central location, guest will be right in the center of the activity to explore Yellowstone. Mulitple restaurants within one block, multiple shops with in one block, rafting companies within one block, 'Watering holes ' within one block. And of course Yellowstone National Park is viewable right outside your window. PLEASE NOTE that a spiral staircase is the access to the upstairs bedroom and full bath. Therefore, there are limitations to those who require assistance. We ARE NOT handicap accessible. Small children may also have difficulty with spiral case access.

Perfect apartment at the gate to Yellowstone as well as the stunning Montana countryside!

Wonderful apartment for a couple or a small family! After traveling and sightseeing this place is perfect. Close to a wonderful market for all your groceries and wine! The scenery from the porch is spectacular and you can sit and watch the elk stroll by. Bedding and linens were great - better than the hotels we stayed in.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I just completed a week vacation at Kim's wonderful house. When we walked in there was a bottle of wine and 2 glasses ready for us to enjoy when we arrived. We were located very close to the National Park and close to the restaurants/shops. The beds were comfortable and the décor well done. It was relaxing to come back from a long day at the park and bbq on the grill that was on the back porch. I would definitely stay here again or check on Kim's other rentals for a vacation again.

Perfect home, perfect location

A wonderful home in a great town so close to Yellowstone. The house was in excellent condition, newly renovated with all amenities. Owner even stopped to make sure that all was as it should be. The balcony off the bedroom was a perfect place to sit after a day exploring. Nice town to wind down in with many restaurants. After dinner the first night we walked out to see a young elk just a few feet away!

Loved this rental!

Our group was touring the Yellowstone/Tetons area for 8 days and needed a place to stay for a night in Gardiner. We got into town around 4PM and checked into this amazing house. Everything about is is perfect and inviting! There was a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch and the decor inside the house is great. We all sat outside on the balcony upstairs and took in the sunset and then walked around town. Definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect for our family

Thank you for such a wonderful rental. We had three adults and two kids and were comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our beds upstairs were comfortable. We didn't need to use the AC as it cooled down at night with the windows open. The upstairs balcony was awesome. We enjoyed watching people walk around. The North entrance was super close. We saw deer and elk in town. We walked everywhere in town. Such a great place to explore the park. Thanks Kim!!!!
