Private Heated pool (extra propane fee US$75.00 per week to be paid separately)

Tranquil lush streets perfect for walking and biking. 1 Car garage. Very private, garden protects from neighbors on all sides; beautiful pool.

Complete kitchen stocked with quality silverware and plates.

Living room with brand new furniture.

Dining Room seats 4-6.

Den with 34" TV with views of the garden, L shaped sleeper couch.

WIFI and work desk.

Screened patio with daubed and canopy, sheer curtains create a mood for relaxing, or snuggle in egg chair swing with a book, looking out at the pool.

Seating group for conversation and a glass of wine.

Pool heating is available but is optional at the cost of $20/day + taxes.

Pets - require a pet addendum and pet fees depending on the size of pet and length of stay.

Taxes: IMPORTANT - Broward county taxes are 12% and HomeAway only collects 6%. We will bill you for the remaining 6%.

My wife and I have been residents of the Ft Lauderdale area since 1996, and this is where we raised our three children. I love traveling, sports (cycling, kiteboarding, running), yoga and spending time with my family.

I have two businesses - an independent money management firm and a hospitality business. I also have a coaching practice dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their business in a way that's consistent with their values and life's purpose.

You are close to downtown Ft. Lauderdale's, the canals the mansions yet you come to a quiet neighborhood. Las Olas with its restaurants, galleries, and nightlife are less than 10 minutes away. The house itself offers so much - an enclosed garden to enjoy, several ambiances for larger groups to convene for a meal. The home is exquisitely furnished with a style that is vibrant yet down to earth and practical.

What makes this house unique

Beach chairs and cooler in the garage, loungers near the pool, a grill, front load washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron and board, hairdryer, his and her robes in master, lush bath sheets (the bigger more luxurious towels). Beautiful property -well kept -very peaceful!!

We could not have asked for a better property for our week's stay in Florida!! The house was better than advertised with a lovely yard and pool. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. The property management company answered the phone promptly and was great with out questions and requests. It really was a home away from home. I would rent this property again!!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. We went for the Miami boat show and this place had everything needed for a great stay. Very clean and kept up. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

We would've rated it a TEN if we could...This has been a memerable stay for us as everything had overall exceeded our expectation, thanks to the efforts made by Andy's team. Hurricane day occured unexpectedly before our stay but Andy and his team cleaned the yard up recurring a super sweet and beautiful view from the outside. The elegant home inside is spacious, very nicely decorated and also spotless, we love the set up of every lovely bedroom, which are all exactly as advertised. During our stay Andy had been responsive and patient to sort out our issues to make sure everything was taken great care of. Literally the nicest vacation home we had stayed ever. We will definetely be back in the future.
