This remarkably designed home at 91 Bluejack Street is tucked away in an elegant area of the ever popular Lake District in WaterColor and just a few steps to the Frog Pool. Staying in this beautiful home you will be sure to experience ultimate comfort and luxury throughout your stay.

Each aspect of this home has been thoughtfully designed to please each guest. Ones who choose to rent this home will find that attention to detail truly sets this home apart from any other home within the 499 acre community.

Stepping into 91 Bluejack Street you are greeted with two sitting areas accompanied by a large flat screen television hoisted over a remarkable gas fireplace. A dining area that comfortably seats 8 is located in the middle of the open floor plan, creating an entertainers paradise. Just over a few steps you will enter the luxurious kitchen equipped with ice maker, Wolf range, spacious Subzero refrigerator, Bosche dishwasher, wine refrigerator and beautiful granite counter tops. Adding to an entertainers dream kitchen, you will find three whickered bar stools for everyone to gather together.

The first floor master bedroom suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower/ tub combination. The master bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and private balcony with ample outdoor seating in addition to a private bathroom with a separate shower and a soaking tub. Just down the hall you will find a third bedroom hosting a queen size bed and large bathroom with a walk in shower. A perfect spot for the children is this fun bunkroom with 4 twin size beds and large flat screen TV.

WaterColor is known for outdoor living and the exterior spaces of this home are top quality! Stepping out on the front screened in porch you will find a large day bed swing, a perfect spot to enjoy a good book. Also located on the front porch is a table with ample seating, a great spot to have an afternoon lunch. Just out on the side entrance you will find vibrant yellow chairs to sit and watch the sun go down.

Given that technology is such a big part of modern life, the home is equipped with a dual zone receiver controlled by a universal remote which allows you to have surround sound TV in the sitting room while listening to music in the kitchen, family room, first floor bedroom, and the front and side porches. The system has an iPod docking station where you can listen to your favorite music. A separate receiver provides music for the master bedroom, bathroom, upstairs porch and second bedroom. Along with Wi-Fi and cable television, the home at 91 Bluejack Street has everything you could possibly need and more!

We loved the property! Beautiful and comfortably decorated! Very clean and had tons of living space! We would stay again in a minute if our family wasn’t growing! Easy access to pools and beach! Absolutely loved it!

We came in from Oregon for a close friend's wedding on the beach and reception. We loved every aspect of this home. Location was perfect for beach, biking, relaxing on the screened in porch. We also rented a golf cart which was great. Highly recommend.

Out of This World!!!

We've been on 10 cruises over the past several years and visited most of the islands in the Caribbean and thought we had to leave the U.S. to have a great vacation with beautiful beaches and high end living, however, we were wrong! 91 Bluejack and the Lake District of Watercolor gave us that same quality life style and it was Out of This World!

Top 10 reasons we LOVED 91 Bluejack (in no particular order):

1) The home was beautiful, clean, modern and smelled like new construction.

2) The massive swing on the screened in porch was peaceful and tranquil.

3) The kitchen stove and refrigerator were Top of the Line, high quality and used 3 times daily!

4) Our agent Connie was professional, kind and exceeded our expectations.

5) The twice daily bicycle rides through the neighborhood gave us a relaxing experience we will never forget.

6) The beach was perfect, beautiful, clean and the water was clear.

7) The tin roof was perfect for sleeping when it rained.

8) Frog Pond was close, heated and perfect for a quick swim...several times a day.

9) Publix was close and convenient.

10) Did I say the porch swing was perfect?

Koonce family vacation fall 2017

We all absolutely loved the house at 91 Bluejack. Having two sitting areas in the great room was especially accommodating for our adults and young children. The house was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed.

The property management company was prompt in answering all of our questions and any problems that we encountered.

We rode bikes, played at the park, rode the golf cart, cooked meals together in the well stocked kitchen and had a relaxing week.

The only problem we did have was that the fireplace kept going out when we would turn it on, so we couldn't use it regularly.

We would definitely rent this property again.

91 blue jack

although we enjoyed the setup of the house, our stay was unfortunately marred by construction next door. The home was advertised as a quiet part of watercolor with a vacant lot next door. instead we were greeted early each morning to the sound of hammers saws and air compressors. Construction trailers were parked directly in front of the porch basically rendering it useless. Which was a complete shame as it's a beautiful spot. if not for this, I would have definitely given a 5 star review. House was in impeccable condition and the online pictures were representative of the house. With this being said, sanders did offer a credit toward our next stay. I would recommend the house, but only after construction next door has been finished.
