This remarkably designed home at 91 Bluejack Street is tucked away in an elegant area of the ever popular Lake District in WaterColor and just a few steps to the Frog Pool. Staying in this beautiful home you will be sure to experience ultimate comfort and luxury throughout your stay.

Each aspect of this home has been thoughtfully designed to please each guest. Ones who choose to rent this home will find that attention to detail truly sets this home apart from any other home within the 499 acre community.

Stepping into 91 Bluejack Street you are greeted with two sitting areas accompanied by a large flat screen television hoisted over a remarkable gas fireplace. A dining area that comfortably seats 8 is located in the middle of the open floor plan, creating an entertainers paradise. Just over a few steps you will enter the luxurious kitchen equipped with ice maker, Wolf range, spacious Subzero refrigerator, Bosche dishwasher, wine refrigerator and beautiful granite counter tops. Adding to an entertainers dream kitchen, you will find three whickered bar stools for everyone to gather together.

The first floor master bedroom suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower/ tub combination. The master bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and private balcony with ample outdoor seating in addition to a private bathroom with a separate shower and a soaking tub. Just down the hall you will find a third bedroom hosting a queen size bed and large bathroom with a walk in shower. A perfect spot for the children is this fun bunkroom with 4 twin size beds and large flat screen TV.

WaterColor is known for outdoor living and the exterior spaces of this home are top quality! Stepping out on the front screened in porch you will find a large day bed swing, a perfect spot to enjoy a good book. Also located on the front porch is a table with ample seating, a great spot to have an afternoon lunch. Just out on the side entrance you will find vibrant yellow chairs to sit and watch the sun go down.

Given that technology is such a big part of modern life, the home is equipped with a dual zone receiver controlled by a universal remote which allows you to have surround sound TV in the sitting room while listening to music in the kitchen, family room, first floor bedroom, and the front and side porches. The system has an iPod docking station where you can listen to your favorite music. A separate receiver provides music for the master bedroom, bathroom, upstairs porch and second bedroom. 91 blue jack

although we enjoyed the setup of the house, our stay was unfortunately marred by construction next door. The home was advertised as a quiet part of watercolor with a vacant lot next door. instead we were greeted early each morning to the sound of hammers saws and air compressors. Construction trailers were parked directly in front of the porch basically rendering it useless. Which was a complete shame as it's a beautiful spot. if not for this, I would have definitely given a 5 star review. House was in impeccable condition and the online pictures were representative of the house. With this being said, sanders did offer a credit toward our next stay. I would recommend the house, but only after construction next door has been finished.

They have just a small amount left to finish it up completely. Unfortunately as much as we wish we could control the hours of construction to a minimum, this is an area we cannot control. Spacious and privacy

This is a very clean and uncomplicated home the furniture is of superb comfort and nice quality - including the mattress and linens. The DECOR is delightful and every thing you would want for a relaxing stay. I have stayed at this home twice and uniquely the creature comforts improved ( 2 years later) Would we rent it again ? YES !!! And YES we also like that it is ez to get to Publix yet on the more desired side of Watercolor. Nestle in Bluejack Cr. Close to many of the amenities. Three couples could share this comfortably and have privacy . it is also child friendly and Grandparent friendly because of a ground level suite with a large soaker tub and private shower.

WaterColor Wonderful!

I stayed in this perfect house with my family for fall break. Biked all over the neighborhood, to the Frog Pool, the BEACH, Seaside and shops! Heaven on earth. Riding over Western Lake is so picturesque.

Amazing 10 Days

Just wanted to tell you that this year's house was definitely our favorite! Despite the rain we had an amazing 10 days!!!

The maintenance guy was quick to come out when the thunder/lightning caused our house alarm to go off and freak out the TV :)

I'm coming to the conclusion that clothes just dry slower in Florida :)

Thanks so much for working with us each year to get us into such beautiful homes to spend a restful and relaxing vacation.

Listing description was accurate.Listing photos were fairly accurate.The floors were dirty throughout.Barefooted everyone ended up with 'black feet'.Generated negative comments from adult family members throughout our stay.Fairly well maintained but does show wear.Wooden trim piece in laundry room was re-attached by family member.Front porch swing cushion needs a good cleaning.Amenities were okay but kitchen utensils and cookware were pretty sparse overall as compared to what we experienced at 86 Thicket two years ago and 82 Red Cedar Way last year.Technician was there late Saturday night trying to get tv's up and running.Upstairs master suite tv never did work correctly.DVD for downstairs big screen did not function and technician made no attempt to repair.Children had to watch DVD's in bunk room.Would have preferred they be able to view videos downstairs as a family activity.Commercial grade ice-maker was awesome.Wolf gas range with grill surface was fantastic.Crudely hand written instructions for using dvd in bunk room should be re-done as a typed document for professional appearance.windows could use a good cleaning.main side door dead bolt lock cannot be switched off to allow entry through that door without a key.always ended up using one of the side doors for repeated entry and exit.screened front porch extremely pleasant for resting or game time.recommend a larger dining room table and some extra chairs for seating.we ended up moving the bar stools to the dining table and still ended up a chair short for the evening meal.there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling register detected one evening.the master suite bathtub upstairs was being used at the time.hopefully, this is not indicative of a plumbing problem.change in bicycle livery was a positive move.the equipment was newer and in much better condition than previous years.the garbage can area did stink pretty badly at times while we were there even when garbage had been hauled away.we do like the lake district better than the camp district.thicket would be our first choice,red cedar second,and blue-jack last.concerned that the sanders properties do get rough treatment over time.recommend a good walk through by management on a regular basis to avoid many of the issues we encountered.having a technician on site until 10:30pm on our first night is not a good thing.office staff and andy couldn't have been nicer.love the area but the tv and dirty floor a bummer.
