Welcoming Condo with Unbelievable Ocean Views, Amenities, and 2 Masters! Come and visit our little piece of heaven at Ocean Ritz 2301. This beautiful gem sits in the central part of Panama City Beach and will have you enthralled with our beautiful view of the Gulf. With an exceptional view of the ocean comes and even more enticing interior with professional decorating that offers homeliness intertwined with luxury. Our balcony is one of the largest on the beach that allows you to watch any sunrise or sunset with loved ones.

Upon entering the unit you will find an open floor plan that allows you to see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The large kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking venture so that you can enjoy a personal home cooked meal. The kitchen overlooks the large dining room living room combo, the living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, along with a DVD player for movies.

Our two masters face south towards the ocean with their personal access the expansive balcony. Both include comfy King size beds, flats screens with DVD players, and their own bathrooms. The third room has a Queen size bed access to the third bathroom, a DVD player, and a flat screen television. The fourth bedroom includes two twin size beds, flat screen with a DVD player, and access to the fourth bathroom. With the pullout couch this bring the sleeping to 10 people!

While the unit is amazing and will accommodate your every need; the beach, location, and complex amenities also helps in bringing people back year after year! Ocean Ritz offers an on-site pool and spa as well as sauna and steam room with fitness center, 24 hr security, covered parking and additional uncovered parking across the street, 2 high-speed elevators for just 63 units, and just 3 units per floor.

Ocean Ritz is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. A Walmart Supercenter is 0.46 miles away for conveniently stocking up on the essentials needed for your stay. Pineapple Willy's is a 0.5 mile walk on the beach for casual dining. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages. Drive on down to Pier Park which is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the Panhandle offering restaurants, live music, shopping, bars, an amusement park, Movie Theater and more! This condo had amazing views

Ocean Ritz 2301 was a very spacious beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Unfortunately it rained most of our trip so it was nice having a comfortable condo to hang out in. The location was great as well. Everything you could possibly need was within walking distance or just a short drive.

Overall Lacking

Unloading and parking was a compete nightmare! There was absolutely no organization of any kind while everyone tried to cram into the 2 elevators that are not equipped air. It took us several trips up the 23 flights of stairs and several trips up the super-hot elevators to get unloaded. Then the parking nightmare began…the parking spots across the street were all over sold, so we were told that we would have to park in the overflow parking across the street at $4 per day per car. So now not only are we paying for our wrist bands, that have always been included by other owners, but we’re paying $28 extra dollars per car for the week. That was full too, and no one on property could give us any advice or suggestions except say if we parked illegally we would be towed without warning. A couple hours later, we finally found an open spot. The parking spot for this unit is outside, spots are made for small economy cars not the family vehicles it takes for a large family on vacation. Our vehicle left with several door dings and scratches. The parking does not accommodate families, nor does the kitchen. We spent so much extra money throughout the week purchasing items to function in the kitchen for 10 people. Large skillet, can opener (there were 3 in the drawers but not one of them worked), a mixer, dish towels, dish rags, measuring spoons, etc. The knives in the kitchen are not good enough to cut anything, the serving spoons and spatulas were so flimsy they weren’t even worth trying to use. Overall the kitchen left us feeling very frustrated. Everything we purchased to get through the week for the kitchen we brought home, it was just too much money to leave behind for the next person unfortunately. There were not enough towels in unit for the kitchen or bathrooms. The bed situation was also a disappointment, one of the beds in the twin room is held together by cinder blocks. The mattress in the queen room was so sunken in it was almost impossible for 2 people to sleep in, and the bed was so loud that it kept you awake all night long. The master beds were ok. However, the couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable even to sit on, let alone sleep on. The balcony furniture is not comfortable at all! The pool was not very clean, and rather small. This was by far the most expensive condo we’ve ever reserved in Panama. Overall we had a great vacation, but this condo lacks a lot before I would ever consider staying there again.

Beautiful condo, terrible parking!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The guys working on the beach were super friendly and accommodating. The pool was ok-I loved that part of it was in the shade, but it wasn't very clean. Parking was a complete nightmare. The parking spot for this unit is outside and was tolerable, but we got stuck in the parking deck down below looking for our spot. The spots are made for a small car, not trucks or SUVs. We would definitely ask where the parking spot was before booking in this building again. All in all, it was an enjoyable vacation and 2301 is a fabulous condo.
