Exceeded our expectations!

Our extended family has journeyed to Sea Isle City every other year since 2011. The three previous trips we stayed in a house on 69th street on the bay side. This house was good and adequate but after staying in this place we will never go back! We plan on coming back to our new one week Sea Isle home every other year! Below are the reasons why:

1. LOCATION - you are less than five minutes walk from the beach, you are less than five minutes from acme and shopping. You are only about fifteen minutes from the promenade. You are ten minutes away from the park. My dad is not a real beach fan but loved the fact that there was so much to do within walking distance which made the trip fun for him.

2, QUIET - the street we were on was so quiet but yet again so close to the action. Its a real blessing to be able to sleep in peace close to activity. The decks are great. You can see the ocean and anticipate what the water is like and give you that peace at the end of the day looking over the beach and ocean.

3. LIVED IN FEEL - the house is really nice and at the same time homey. We felt very comfortable staying in the house. The house was nice but lived in. Its really a great balance between having all the amenities and at the same time being comfortable in the house. The carpets are new, the kitchen is a perfect size and having three floors allowed myself and my two brothers a floor to ourselves to escape the madness of five kids under the age of 13. Plus the room of two bunk beds keeps the kids happy (and parents too!) But at the same time having an opportunity to create family memories that will last a lifetime in the great family room

4. THE OWNER - Keith is a great guy. He gets back to you right away and is so courteous and accommodating. Its easy giving your money to an owner that truly cares about tenets.

We will be back and I can not see us ever needing to look for another place for our Sea Isle City bi yearly sojourns!

Perfect Vacation

This property has everything that we were looking for in a vacation rental. The proximity to the beach is great. Even though you are close to shopping and restaurants, it is the most quiet house that I have ever stayed at in Sea Isle, and we have been going to SIC for the last 20 years. The house is very clean and furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The best part is that the owner, Keith, made the process seamless. He quickly answered any questions that I had and made the check in process very easy. He also followed up with us to make sure that everything with the house was satisfactory. He was a great host.

Perfect Rental for Family

House was spacious with five bedrooms in a layout where you weren't bumping into one another. With four children and five grandchildren it was perfect for everyone and dining was no problem. Location is convenient to stores, bagel and coffee shop, pizza shop, beverage store, and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Also walking distance to playground, sports fields and bay. The house was perfect for large family vacation.

Location, Location, And A Very Comfortable Home !

Pros:

Our second year at this Wonderful, Well-Equipped Sea Isle City home: literally a football field and a half, (3 homes and the beach,) distance to the surf at high tide ! Great for reaching the beach, on legs of the youngest !

As mentioned in someone's prior review, SO Convenient to so many commercial necessities. SO quiet environ, With respecting permanent neighbors.

Would we return x 3 ? A Resounding "yes!" Is the consensus of 5 little ones and 6 adults. The included Linens, PlayPac, and well stocked Kitchen and Grill, supports the above.

Cons: (Really? ). OK, ...to keep Keith on the ball:

(A). bathroom doors still stick on closure.

(B). your "bring your trash with you upon departure". policy,

is, ....New ....and. ...... Unique for us.

NJ, MA, FL,.CT. Rentals in past 5 yrs.. )

Hmm. ( that's .......a ... definite ....Negative ! )

Thank you for a great "Downashore" experience, ...Again !

Beautiful, clean house with a very convenient location! One block to the beach!

I was very impressed with my overall experience at this rental. To start, the owner was very quick to respond and answer any of my questions. Check in/out was a very easy process and had zero issues. The house was much larger than expected, very clean, and plenty of beds for guests. The neighbors were very kind and considerate as well. Lastly, the location was beyond convenient. You are one block from the beach and one block to a CVS, grocery store, and liquor store. A very cheap shuttle runs from the house to downtown as well. Everything described on Home Away was accurate, would definitely rent from this location as well!

Great retreat home.

This was a great house for a girls retreat to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house was well equipped. Beach and stores very accessible. The October weather was great so we took advantage of the balcony. Only improvements we would suggest, update sheets and towels and adjust curtains in main room so can close to keep out morning sun. Owner was wonderful to work with! We had a great experience!
