very nice, big apartment, very convenient location to walk around Washington DC, with everything that you need inside for a short or a long stay
A beautiful building and very conveniently located, we walked everywhere and made good use of the Whole Foods market nearby. The apartment is well kept, well equipped and very comfortable. A couple of minor issues were dealt with very promptly by Stay Alfred- I would definitely use this company again
Experienced professional & very friendly service. Loved the property - secure, great location, excellent amenities especially the rooftop. All around a great experience. Minor little problem with key fob that quit working but got resolved immediately. Needed to share that so that i could mention the communication was excellent and how quickly they resolved the issue even though it was holiday weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Lovely apartment, well appointed and within easy walking distance of the attractions and restaurants. The roof balcony would be a great place to sit and relax in the spring or summer.
Amazing location, easy to get to via taxi, metro, and walking. Close to the sites, we walked miles and miles during our week there in DC. Management company- Stay Aflred was super easy to get ahold of, and very responsive. There are grocery stores very close by( Whole foods, Trader Joes, and others), as well as a lot of good restaurants. The building itself is really nice, with a great common room, and workout facilities. The room was nice, just a bit outdated. The bathrooms could use some updating, and I know I'm just being nitpicky, but they kind of feel like old hotel bathrooms, with mouldy grout, and cheap plastic shower curtains. More towels would also be useful, as well as more cleaning supplies, such as garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. The carpet was a bit stained, but I understand this is a rental property. We recommend this property, although we would probably not stay here again, as we would want to check out some of the other properties close by.
Liked the location and the front desk staff was very nice. Water pressure was good. However the unit had several issues--coffee grounds under kitchen sink, mildew on shower curtain and bath tub grout, gunk on the floor, etc. Kitchen was very bare bones in terms of utensils.
