This home was perfect for our stay, and actually nicer than expected. It was very clean, spacious, with nice quality furnishings and upgrades. Everything we wanted and needed. Short distance to the beach, Warren provided us with bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels...it was all covered for a great day on the beach. Nice patio area with gas grill was a plus. Quiet neighborhood, no issues with noise at all. We would definitely stay here again when in area.
Easy Living Unit ground level tiled floors
The master bed was very comfortable and the location great. Garage parking very handy. We were close walk to beach and Carlsbad. Nights we slept very good because it is a very quiet location, commuter train whistles not an issue and no freight trains here Oceanside has many sites and loved the nice sunny patio with access off both bedrooms. Warren provides us with everything we requested. Relaxing time enjoyed the large screen TV’s with local, cable stations plus Netflix and Prime thru the Roku TV. We stayed in February 2020. Very nice property. Tall doors and high ceilings were really nice. The bikes were fun to use and the private backyard was great for BBQ’ing.

The unit is located in the southern coastal part of Oceanside, just over 1 mile to Carlsbad Village area and Oceanside downtown section. In just 4 blocks you will be at the beach or a number of great eating places.
