Great place to stay. Nice neighborhood. Close to the beach.

Most importunately, we had a fabulous time here! The house was exactly as advertised on the website and in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the necessary items for cooking and baking. The pool was warm and clean and the patio was large and sunny. There are lots of plants around the yard to give maximum privacy. There were enough patio chairs for six plus six more chairs at the outdoor dining table.

We had four adults sleeping here and there was plenty of room for everyone. I think the house is listed as one full bath and one half bath but there is actually a small extra shower that came in handy when we were all scrambling to get ready for a dinner reservation.

My husband is a birder and we both like to walk. A lot of birds hang around the house but there are also two parks within short walking distance. One is a small strip of land that leads to the intracoastal waterway which is only three blocks away. There, we saw lots of shore birds and Osprey, etc. The other park is farther away and has a wider access to the water.

All of our communications with Carolyn were quick, clear and helpful. I highly recommend this listing and would stay here again!

Great home on beautiful street

This is the forth time my family and I have rented a vacation home in Lake Worth. We have found our favorite one and will only be staying here from now on. We LOVE this home. As soon as you enter the house you feel like you are home. It is very inviting and comfortable. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get in the home. We have family in WPB area we visit ever year and having everyone over was great and the home has the room to entertain. My kids loved the pool. Sooo relaxing. We are all ready looking forward to our next vacation !

I read all reviews before renting a property.

Here are some things you should know about this one.

We stayed at the house for a bit more than a week. It looks very much like in the pictures.

We liked that the entire house was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The BBQ was very good too.

Amazing setup in the backyard however we found the pool not maintained properly, leaves at the bottom from the plants that were dying, the side filter was off the entire time and I had to clean it every day so we can use it. We watered the plants and they came back to life, some not looking great though. Too bad, as the plants are the highlight of the backyard.

Couple of days before leaving, the water went low and after calling Katie (the property Manager) she came to fill in and get some chemicals to make sure the water stays clean.

Outdoor lights were not working and we stayed on the patio at night only on security lights (very bright, with motion sensor, on, off...). Katie fixed the outdoor lights when she came for the pool and we had the chance to have the backyard like in the pictures for couple of days.

It would've been nice a light on the patio, table area, that can be switched on and not too bright, just enough to enjoy the pool and patio at night.

Disappointing, because the backyard was the attraction of the house.

Biggest issue though was the noise from the trains that are passing by, very close, and blowing horns continuously while passing through the area. I counted up to 5 trains during one night... Just could not sleep...

The neighbor has dogs and let them out in their backyard early in the morning. Of course they would bark...

The beds are having headboards that are not fixed to the frame and banging on the wall every time you turn on the bed or move your pillow... if it was not enough noise...

The TV was nice but there are only basic channels, there is no DVD player or even a radio, anything that can be used to listen a music or watch a movie.

Nothing on the outdoor patio either.

The house is within walking distance to Lantana beach (35min) and the house have no bicycles that could be used to get there, like many other houses closed to the beach.

Few days before leaving the washing machine broke and water coming out (that we had to clean at 11PM...). That left us with no clean clothes for returning home. Katie was not able to fix it before we left.

We loved this house !

We spent two weeks relaxing in this perfect home in Lake Worth. From the minute you walk through the door you feel you are in a tropical retreat with its mermaid and seashell touches.

I enjoyed cooking in the complete kitchen and my husband loved using the BBQ. The rooms are all comfortably furnished and we especially loved kicking back in the TV area. The beds are comfortable, a very big plus. Making this home extra special is the secluded backyard pool and patio dining area. Great place to unwind after a full day of sight seeing, or visiting the many beaches.

From this home you can quickly walk to the inland waterway and a very short drive takes you to the downtown or the beautiful beaches

This is a true home away from home. We will be back next year !

This is such a beautiful home! I especially loved the tropical backyard---it has the feeling of a resort! The beautiful nearby beach is brought in to the home with the homeowners handmade shell crafts and decorations....the one-of-a-kind items add such a fun and tranquil touch to the place. The home is so comfortable and a great place for a getaway. I will be coming back to this beautiful home soon!

Thank you!!
