Very nice penthouse with great terrace (50 m2 with view to the mountain),

very well located with all the amenities close to the apartment (pharmacy, 2 supermarkets, all small shops like baker, butcher, fish shop, bars for breakfast and lunch...).

5 min. walking to the beach and town center.

2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms,

Kitchen fully equipped. Living room with TV and MP3 equipment to connect your smartphone to listen music.

Swimming pool opens from 15/06 until 15/09.

Overall Estepona and the penthouse apartment are impressive and we are happy to recommend both.

Estepona turned out to be one of the best towns where we have stayed as it is still unspoilt by mass tourism. Everywhere you go there are flowers, making it a wonderful colourful experience. The penthouse apartment is centrally located and makes it an ideal base for a holiday. It easily accommodates four people and is in a building that has an underground car park - ideal for those who have or want to hire a car. We didn't use a car as we found public transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance. The beach area and the town are maintained to a high level with very little sign of rubbish.

The apartment was stunning. It has an extremely well equipped kitchen and the owner went to lengths to stock it with some food and drink prior to our arrival. This service was really appreciated. There is a lounge/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All were furnished with good quality furniture and tastefully decorated. Towels, soap and shampoos were provided in the two bathrooms. On entering the apartment it was obvious that a lot of effort by the owner had been provided to ensure a clean and well appointed accommodation. The only items needing attention was the boiler which is due a service, and the hairdryer which is being replaced. There is a large balcony that has table and chairs and sun loungers.

The communal swimming pool is very clean and well maintained and has a 'supervisor' there at all times when it is open. There are no markings around the pool to show pool depths and there are no sun beds. The surrounding lawns are well maintained.

The owner was there to greet us, gave useful local knowledge, and clearly gave the impression that she was only a phone call away if we needed assistance. We found her to very helpful.
