Very Poor Accommodation

  • 1 of 5

We booked and paid for three nights at Breezeway recently with linen. We drove from Melbourne and arrived at around 5pm Saturday night. Immediately we were disappointed, and the more we got inside, the more disappointed we were. To top it off, we found there was no linen water or electricity. The office was obviously closed and we found the phone number for the emergency manager. She was not impressed to receive the call but did get our linen to us and made the bed, while she was there, my husband managed to turn the power back on which was lucky as the manager had never been there before and had no idea why it would be off. The house is old, very dirty and dusty, the plates and cutlery were dirty. The sofa's are very uncomfortable. There was a smell, the front and back doors were difficult to lock. The view is great, but that is it.
