Situated in the middle between Napier and Hastings this self-contained cottage is ideally placed for guests to enjoy the many and varied activities Hawkes Bay has to offer.

Nestled in among the native garden, you'll enjoy the bird song that is in full chorus, particularly at beginning and end of the day. The cottage shares the garden with our main house, but you have your own private area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

You can access the cycle trails that lead into Napier, Havelock North and Taradale from here. If you end up at a winery and can't manage the ride home we'll even pick you up if we're available!

Elephant Hill, Clearview and Te Awanga Wineries are close by, or visit the many Hawkes Bay has on offer. Close to the world class Cape Kidnappers Golf course, also Waiohiki, Bridge Pa, Awatoto, Mangateretere and Golflands in Hastings.

We loved the location which was right by the river.

  • 5 of 5

We loved the location which was right by the river. We enjoyed the barbecue, cooking our bacon and eggs in the morning. The garden was amazing and our outdoor area was quiet and private. Loved having the little gateway through to the bike track and riding into Napier along the bike track for brunch was a treat. The heat pump kept us cosy and the big bed was so comfy. Everything in the cottage is good quality and feels like luxury. The chocolates were a lovely added touch to welcome us. Thank u
