The studio is in a quiet and safe residential area. It is close to everything in Miami Beach and minutes away from many attractions, such as Lincoln Road, Miami Beach Convention Center, and Ocean Drive.

There is a near by park, and many restaurants, bars, and night clubs. The studio is 4 blocks away from the Beach.

The studio is fully furnished with 1 queen bed, a couch, a 32" flat TV with cable and DVD, and free WiFi. The kitchen has a 4 range stove, a fridge, and a sink. Also, there is a coffeemaker, a blender, a toaster, and a microwave. The studio comes with a full shower bathroom quipped with a blow dryer and towels. There is a nice large size closet with mirror sliding doors. I also provide two luggage stands and an iron with an iron board. This is NOT a hotel with room service, a doorman, or front desk service. This is a private self-service condo for independent living in South Beach.

Daily rates, weekly rates, and monthly rates vary depending on the season.

On Washington Avenue, 2 blocks away from the studio is a bus stop and a bus shuttle.If you are coming in from Miami International Airport, there is a bus shuttle to Miami Beach. The bus drops you off on Washington Avenue and 9th street..

Location! Location! Location!

Ideal quite residential street. Only 5 blocks from the beach, 5 to Whole Food, and 9 to Publix (FL equivalent of Jewel supermarket in Chicago). Several regular free trolley routes operating 6 AM - midnight within a few blocks away. Airport bus $ 2.25 whisks you here within 3 blocks in a half hour. William the owner goes out of his way to make you happy. Clean, fully furnished apt. Comfortable bed. Firm couych. Large flat screen TV. Plenty of beach towels & chairs. Iron & umbrellas (yes, it DID RAIN ONCE on Sunday morning but we had our own umbrella brought from home). Even a first aid kit. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils including out best friend - a cork screw. Nice garden. We presume its a 22 unit apartment building and most of the inhabitants are residents. Twice (once late Sat, the second - Mon AM) some of the tenents were "abit loud" out in the enclosed area. Would be a good idea if the owner can place signs up to respect other tenants & refrain from loud talking or screaming. The building is with a key entrance gate. So feel safe here (the South Beach Polic headquarters is 4 blocks away so know that you have a guardian angel watching over you). If you have money to burn you can spend a ton at a swanky art deco Ocean Drive hotel room, but we're budget and safety conscientious. William's spot is ideal in both cases. With money you save, you can treat yourself to several places for dinner. Go to 2 legendary spots on Collins - the economic old Cuban diner Puerta Saqua and the glitzy Italian restaurant Spiga. The other days - eat at home - after all, thats why you chose this place - for the spacious kitchen and WiFi. Oh, yes, our favorite Trader Joes is opening in 2018, so Alton Road will be supermarket row joining Publix and Whole Foods. We visited South Beach 4 years ago during Christmas, and now in late April for a week. This area is very dynamic yet amazingly tranquil. And having returned yesterday I along with my wife are surely going to return again and again - and make William's place our "home away from home..." Thumbs up! Great affordable places do exist in South Beach. This is it! We've already recommended your place to several of our friends. Before choosing other possibilities at South Beach, read reviews carefully. If there are none (or just a few), you're opening yourself to numerous ???

Excellent place! Highly reccommend it!

This location is perfect! Everything is walking distance. The beach is 4 blocks away as are all of the restaurants. The place itself was perfect. William was a great host and was available to answer all of my questions while I was there, replying fast to my emails. Place was very clean and a good size. I was all about location when I booked this trip but the fact that the place was very well kept was a bonus! Would highly reccommend it and would stay here again.

Great location, everything you need

My boyfriend and i stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with our choice! Great location! 8-10 minute walk to the beach and the grocery store. Close to everything you need! We waked everywhere. Apartment had bath towels and beach towels, eating utensils, pans and a coffee maker. The coffee machine takes keurig coffee pods. I recommend, if you are coming from out of town, to bring your own pods. The apartment did not provide these and they were pretty expensive at the nearest grocery store. The bed was comfortable and the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We bumped into some of the neighbours and they were very kind. The apartment complex has a patio in the front which is a great little bonus. Great patio to enjoy a nice meal, which is what we did. I'd highly recommend this place is location is important to you. You get a good bang for your buck.

Superb Location & Wonderful Suite!

Overall, I rate this suite 5 stars due to all the necessities available to us (hair dryer, bath and beach towels, air con, coffee maker, etc.) and being so close to the beach! We could walk to Ocean Drive in ten minutes; even less to Collins or Washington, both of which are packed with shops and restaurants. As well, William responded to all inquiries within minutes! He was such a great and communicative host right from the start. The bed was comfortable, the room was cool, mirror space is ample (for a couple of girls), restroom had a nice bright light, living area was spacious. We found the suite to be perfect for a week, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people at once. The only downsides were that the shower faucet took a good five minutes for the water to run warm, and if the air con wasn't running you could definitely hear the noise from outside. It's set back from the street which is a plus, but you could hear neighbors talking and dogs barking, etc. No noise from units next door or above us though, which was awesome. I highly recommend this suite if you are booking on a budget, but still want something nice!

Great Stay, Great Location

This was a great place to stay. William was very responsive we were in walking distance to all the best places to go. Apartment was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It was a great choice for our trip, we couldn't ask for more!
