THIS 3 level home has 7 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, parks, and the embassy row. You can also view the Washington Monument. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and close to all Georgetown area. Take lyft/uber, metro, bus for travelling to Washington DC including Washington National Cathedral & United States Naval Observatory. There is a bus across the street that connects to the metro station. Private Parking for upto 4 Cars

- For longer stays, please empty trash regularly into the dumpster located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house).
- Reach out IMMEDIATELY for any EMERGENCIES and unexpected MAINTENANCE ISSUES, like a burst pipe, power outage, clogged toilets, etc...

- NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into the trash
- FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet
--> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet. Please use the trash cans located in each bathroom. For longer stays, please empty bathroom trash regularly.

2nd stay in a year, and was not disappointed

Our group of 13 enjoyed the stay thanks to the property's location, furnishings, and hosts. This was our annual visit, and we will always look for opportunities to stay here in the future .

Perfect for Extended Families

We had several generations in town for a family wedding and this was an excellent venue, with all the bed and bathrooms we could need, kitchen facilities on each floor, and plenty of space for both gathering and private time when needed. Having everything we could ask for in this property was one less thing to concern ourselves with on this important weekend. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Holiday stay

We had a great time as a family in this large house. It’s close to downtown and easy to access and park. The owners were very accommodating of making sure we had what we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this house for a large group.

Perfect for our purposes

Our close extended family gathered for the memorial service for a beloved too-young family member. The house provided both common space and private areas for our use. It was perfect for our purposes. The sleeping spaces were flexible, the parking was a godsend, and the location was convenient to the site of the service. Thank you to the hosts for a clean, accommodating stay. We would stay there again if need be.

Great House, great location.

We stayed at this house two different times with an exchange group. This house was incredibly comfortable and useful. We use the large kitchen for home-cooked breakfasts and the middle floor for a meeting space for our meetings. They even purchased a projector for us to use during the exchange. The hosts went out of their way to communicate and support us. I am so grateful we stayed at this house and I highly recommend it to any large group.
