Enjoy the beach in style in this upscale unit overlooking the crystal waters of the Gulf. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been furnish for both comfort and class. The luxurious Master bedrooms offers a King bed dressed in luxury linens overlooking the ocean view from the balcony. Guests feel as though they’ve stepped into a spa in the Master bath with his and hers sinks, spectacular tile work and both a stand-alone shower and soaking tub.

In the second bedroom, a Queen bed greets guests with a festive beach party feel. A convenient, second bathroom with shower is adjacent. A laundry room with stacked washer and dryer right inside the unit is another much appreciated amenity after a day at the beach.

The spacious living area presents a comfortable atmosphere with a dining area and leather sofa and easy chair, perfect for recharging after a busy day at the beach. Stepping out onto the adjacent balcony, one is greeted by breath-taking sunsets and endless ocean views. High quality lounge chairs are the perfect place to take in the view. No two evening skies are the same, so be sure to stock the refrigerator with plenty of island drinks to enjoy the one of a kind Gulf coast sunsets with cool breezes and good company.

Feel right at home in the open kitchen in which no detail has been overlooked. Beautiful wood cabinetry, crown molding, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make this a focal point of the living space. A double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and full stove allow the ability to create an intimate dinner for two or a family feast.

The complex is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in prestigious Sand Key, known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This gated complex offers amenities comparable to luxury resorts; with an elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, fitness center and indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach, sauna, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms, heated oceanfront pool and spa, tennis courts, gulf front BBQ grills, 24 hour security and unassigned under building parking. This community is ideally located - close to downtown Clearwater & Largo. It is also within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping.

Recreational amenities include unlimited use of 4 real beach bikes (not the WalMart cheap ones), bean bag toss game, boogie boards, and skim boards.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

As Crescent Beach Club has a 14 day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the unit for a minimum term of fourteen(14) consecutive days.

Very relaxing, comfortable place to vacation

We felt right at home in this condo. Very comfortable, updated and clean. Being on the 15th floor had incredible views of the beach and ocean. Would stay there again!

Great To Be Back !!!!

Back to Sand Key and back to Crescent Beach Club , how lucky are we !!!

15B was exactly as we expected , the décor, equipment ,cleanliness and homeliness of the apartment were fantastic . A real beach vibe .The pictures certainly do not lie.

At this apartment you get the opportunity to see the sun rise and the sun set. The magnificent balcony takes care of the unbelievable sunsets but here you get the bonus of a table and chairs by the entrance to enjoy the spectacular sun rise over the inter coastal waterway , a real bonus for the early risers and those wishing to enjoy every second of the day .

Just a Jolley Trolley ride away from Clearwater , with its bars , restaurants and attractions , there's no need to drive . You must try the Palm Pavilion on the beach for a relaxed atmosphere and great live music .

Maggie Maes diner is a short stroll away for those all important breakfasts .
