The Hudson Condominium (420 15th Street, South Beach, 33139) is one of the best Hotel Alternatives in South Beach and is located on 15th Street, just off Washington Avenue.

A short walk out the front door will bring you to the many restaurants, bars, shops, clubs and people watching that makes South Beach one of the most desirable places to visit in the World.A short walk two streets away is Ocean Drive and the Beach; just around the corner is one of South Beach's nicest streets, Espanyola Way, lined with Sidewalk Cafes and Restaurants.

And in the other direction another two streets away, is Lincoln Road, a Restaurant and Shop lined Pedestrian Street and the best place in South Beach to wander around when not spending time at the Beach.

The Building itself is very well maintained and secure. There is a private Pool, Elevator and Coin operated Washer and Dryer available on each floor.

The Apartment is a Top Floor Corner Studio;; very bright with blue skies. .
