Comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house on a quiet cul-de-sac - close to downtown Port Angeles - modern furnishings, new TV, cable and Wifi, DVR.

1150 square foot rancher in a quiet neighborhood - BEDS FOR 8 PEOPLE + lots of floor space for campers.

Why stay in a dated motel room when you can be so much more comfortable in this fresh and clean single-family home?

Remodeled in mid 2015, with new flooring, paint, cabinets, vanities, appliances, fixtures - and stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal if you choose to cook - or just have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day. It's five minutes from downtown Port Angeles and some great restaurants. The pier is downtown where you can catch the ferry to Victoria, BC.

2 Queens, 1 Full bed and 1 Full futon.

* Pets will be considered with a $50 pet fee. Please write and tell me about your pet.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house, but you're welcome to in the backyard - please don't leave butts on the ground though.

About Owner/Manager

I'm a court reporter and real estate investor. I lucked upon this property in Port Angeles and have grown to really love the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula.

Why Owner/Manager chose Olympic Peninsula

As you enter the neighborhood and drive down Baker Street, you can see the Strait of Juan de Fuca, ships passing by, and British Columbia off in the distance. It's absolutely beautiful.

Although my house is not on the beach or have fantastic views, it's in a nice residential neighborhood just blocks up from the water, and convenient to everything. I've stayed in half a dozen motels and hotels in town and they're all dated and grim. I can honestly say this is a much better than all of them.

What makes this house unique

Parking for several cars and even an RV - huge back yard with a patio table, chairs and BBQ. It's not the Ritz, but it's fresh and clean and nicer than 95% of the motels/hotels available in town.

The large backyard is gated and locked - so feel free to bring your bikes or other toys. There is a mound of rocks in the backyard that looks like a fire pit, but it is NOT a fire pit. The only fire allowed on the property is in the charcoal BBQ.

Enjoyed the extra space and quiet!

Let me tell you, having your own bedroom,kitchen and LR made our visit to PA a joy! Clean and comfortable- wifi- and close to grocery store and town. The area was gorgeous with springtime blooms...very happy with our choice.

Home was nice and clean, stocked with everything. Great location for trips to Olympic park locations. Everything you could need close by in Port Angeles from groceries and supplies to dining. Area is beautiful

Out of the way rental

It's out of the beaten path and the neighborhood older. Nice big backyard and when the cable went down she did her best to fix it; even sent the handyman to get it up and running and got a new box. The kitchen could use more pots and pans.

This house has everything you need if it's for one night or a much longer stay. My adult son and I had our own rooms - and there's a third bedroom. Dogs were welcome and they loved the big backyard after being in the car most of the day. Comfortable and clean and really well-organized and put together - you can tell that Terri - the host takes great pride in offering hospitality through VRBO.

Clean, simple, convenient.

House was just right for us. Things were clean and neat, no clutter. Close to National park entrance and downtown PA. Theresa responds by e-mail very quickly. Funky neighborhood had me wondering at first but extremely quiet. Big backyard for dog. Good value, would stay again.

Nice house and yard!

Was not quite what was expected as the neighborhood was very mixed with old and new properties. That said, the property was as described, clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and convenient to all Port A has to offer... recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located, clean and decently appointed rental.
