The main living area also opens via sliding doors out tot he elevated deck over looking the rear of the property. Heating and cooling is provided from an electric split system in the kitchen area.
The three upper levelbedrooms includeone queen bed, one doubleand single bunks with pull out trundlein the third bedroom. A seperate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower is available upstairs.
Downstairs isan additional casual living area with pool table and TVis provided and also shower, toilet and a fourth bedroom with two singles. Reverse cycle heating/cooling ensures comfort throughout the year.
A BBQ (in enclosed downstairs area)and outdoor setting is provided for guest use and a fish clenaing area at the rear of the property is also included.
