This contemporary style modern apartment has breathtaking sea view it is situated in the one of the best areas of the exclusive & charming village of Puerto Andratx (La Mola), surrounded by the breathtaking panoramic mountain landscape.The recently completed development of La Molazul won 3 awards at the 2007 international property Awards, for the Best Apartment, Best interior design and best development. A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment enjoying magnificent sea views across a delightful bay at Puerto Andratx. The apartment boasts an amazing infinity pool with direct sea access. The apartment is brand new with a 145m2 area and a magic sea’s edge location, the open plan living room is light and sunny with large glazed doors looking out to the terrace, enabling the dramatic sea views to be enjoyed immediately upon entering the apartment. The open plan, new fully- equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar. There is also a wood burning fire and bespoke mood lighting throughout.

Puerto Andratx Area: The beautiful city of Palma and all its facilities is within easy reach. The lovely beaches at Camp de Mar and Paguera are very close. You will find everything you need in Port D'Andratx itself, but a car will enable you to get to the harbour easily (less than 5 minutes drive) and make the most of this beautiful island with visits to Deya, Valldemossa and Soller or why not take in the glamour of Puerto Portals. Relax on the Golf course if that is what you want to do, or take in the Spa at the Mon Port hotel in Port D'Andratx or at the Dorint in Camp de Mar.

Port Andratx Appartment

The apartment was as easily as nice as shown by the photographs. We have in the past stayed closer in towards Port Andratx on a previous holiday and loved the location and views of the harbour. This apartment had equally fabulous views of the outer harbour and was about 1 mile from Port Andratx, sometimes we walked, sometimes took the car and sometimes took a taxi, our son had hired a road bike. The access to the shared pool was across the road in front of the appartment, many loungers and good sized pool, a number of further steps down to swim in the beautifully clear sea. Apartment well laid out & furnished, good wifi. Dawn, who met us and checked the apartment when we left was very helpful. We would have no hesitation in returning and would recommend to friends.

Schöne Aussicht, moderne und komfortable Einrichtung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten sodass diese für 3-4 Personen gut nutzbar ist. Die vorhandene Einrichtung ist modern - gute Haushaltsgeräte. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Port d`Andratx. Der Ort ist in knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Kleiner Nachteil: im Herbst/Winter hat man keine Sonne, die Wohnung ist durch die Hanglage tendenziell, insbesondere im hinteren Schlafzimmer recht feucht - lässt sich aber durch konsequentes Heizen und Lüften regulieren.

Majorca Holiday

We had an excellent time at this apartment and really enjoyed the views as well as access to the pool and sea.

Very nicely fitted out and although some minor issues these were sorted with no fuss and very quickly both by the owner and the service company.

Just over 1km to the port and although walkable, on the way back a little hilly so advisable to take a car especially as its likely to be hot!!

We loved our stay here and have stayed in other apartments/villas and really feel this is one of the best for our needs taking into account our family is made up of two adults and two chilfren aged 8 and 4 - so much so we have booked up already for next year!

Up market accommodation and location!!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks and the end of June. The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location with fabulous views of the port of andratx. The apartment is well equipped and beautifully maintained with every convenience. The owner was very easy and efficient to deal with and the maintenance company pleasant and efficient and helpful. The apartment complex generally is excellently maintained, and very clean and beautifully presented, the pool area was always clean, with sun beds and large umbrellas always available. Andratx itself is a pleasure to stay in as there is no mass tourism here, and plenty of very good restaurants, not always cheap but good quality.

Two favourites were the Bridgeport (Thai restaurant) and Rustico (2nd line back from the harbour front)

Easy location to visit Palma, and the drive up the North Coast is beautiful.

Its best to have a car at this property, although we did walk into the town on a couple of occassions, shopping etc would be near impossible without a car though.

Leider sehr abgewohnt!

unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr netter Empfang der Verwalterin. Leider ist das Apartment sehr abgewohnt. Die Ledermöbel im Wohnzimmer sind total kaputt. Aufgrund der schlechten Belüftung der Bäder tritt Schimmelbildung auf. Die Vorhänge und Pölster sind zum Teil schmutzig. Die ganze Apartmentanlage liegt total im Schatten. Für einen Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison für uns nicht geeignet.

Mallorca is widely regarded as one of the jewels of the Mediterranean. Easily accessible from the UK in just over 2 hours. Port D'Andratx in the South West of the island has grown from on old fishing village. There is still a fish market in the town every evening where the local catch is sold. These days it attracts a glamorous international crowd and has a number of famed restaurants and boutiques as well as some great, but sophisticated night life.

Golf: The south west of Mallorca has no fewer than 6 championship standard golf courses including the impressive Golf de Andratx 18 hole golf course which, despite its name, is actually closer to Camp de Mar than it is to Andratx. Other courses near by are, Golf Santa Ponsa I: 18 hole golf course. Golf Santa Ponsa II: 9 hole golf course. Golf Santa Ponsa III: 18 hole golf course. Also not far is the course of Real Golf de Bendinat
