This large 4 bedroom holiday house is situated approximately 5kms from the Portland town centre boasts 180 degree sea views, and only a 100m stroll to the water's edge.

Se Spray is a split level home featuring a large main spacious living area with reverse cycle heating & air-conditioning. The main living area includes dining area and kitchen with full facilities and floor to ceiling windows that open on to the rear upper story deck allowing amazing views back to Portland harbour while enjoying a BBQ on those summer evenings.

The second living area is on the ground floor (this turns into the 5th sleeping area on request of additional mattresses) and has a kitchenette and bathroom and includes 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the middle level of the home, the same as the main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Full laundry facilities are available, plus a clothes line for the convenience of home and plenty of room for boat parking - what more do you need! This is the ideal family get away or fisherman's weekender.

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 2 guests. A guest surcharge of $20 per guest per night above 2 guests applies. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through.
