Welcome to Twin Falls !

This beautifully renovated property is 2000 sq. feet of YUM.

Located in a small cul de sac and in close proximity to the club house, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a hidden desert jewel.

Plenty of space for indoor outdoor entertaining, "Twin Falls" has a large private backyard with a salt water pool, raised spa and two waterfalls which cascade into the pool. The gas BBQ is built into a granite bar with seating for four and located at pool side. Want to watch golf while floating in the pool? No problem...just open the cabinet above the BBQ bar and pull out the 42' flat screen.

A fire pit TABLE with seating for six is located at the far end of the backyard with mountain views. This is a wonderful spot for cocktails at sunset or just enjoying the evening roasting marshmallows. Here the back gate leads to open space where you can take your "approved" dog for a walk.

You will be spending the majority of your time in the beautiful kitchen with it's huge granite island entertaining friends and family. The open floor plan of this home combines the kitchen, dining area, sunken living room as well as the pool and BBQ area into one spacious entertaining area.

Surrounded by championship golf courses, "Twin Falls" is 5 minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden which hosts the BNP Tennis Tournament in March, 20 minutes away from the Polo Grounds in Indio which hosts the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April, 10 minutes away from downtown La Quinta and 10 minutes away from El Paseo for world class shopping and dining.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay with 4 adults and our 1 year old. We loved the pool and the open concept loving space and large kitchen. The house is in a central area and a close drive to many stores and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood as well.

Exactly as described, gorgeous property throughout!

We spent a week here and could barely bring ourselves to leave the premises. Fabulous pool, loved the water feature and landscaping. The pool systems were very user friendly. The home itself is well appointed and comfortable. Adi was extremely prompt in responding to communication. The neighborhood was quiet and surroundings were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house!

Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. The house is located in the perfect location from our family and all the things we like to enjoy in the desert! Love the outside BBQ area and the pool. Adi was wonderful in keeping touch and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying at this property again!
