Our home has been fully renovated to provide luxury finishes while preserving the character and history of this classic New Orleans style home. The house features 3 bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 queen room). Both Master suites are equipped with flat screen televisions. The home features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath/powder room, Large side porch and backyard, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, dining room and spacious living room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We understand there are many choices of hospitality in New Orleans and have equipped the house with luxuries to compete with any hotel. Features include: luxury bedding, down and down alternative luxury pillows, french terry towels, brand new appliances, cookware, dinnerware and server ware. We truly want to provide a perfect environment to relax and recharge while enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer. Wifi and upgraded cable included in stay. The location of our home is perfect to enjoy all areas of New Orleans. You are steps from Frenchman restaurants, art market, music and galleries on Royal. 5 minutes to Jackson Square or Bourbon. We share a block with Horn's Restaurant which is routinely named a top brunch pick in New Orleans. It is open breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week for easy take out or excellent dine in option. Our block also has a great convenience market with groceries, wine, beer and other must have items to stock the house. Too many perks to describe, come visit!

As a couple we enjoy traveling. Our great passions include food and music. No city embodies both more than New Orleans. We have both been coming to this city for many years and just recently purchased a second home here. We treat this like our home and have equipped it to rival the luxurious experience of any hotel in New Orleans. We provide a book to access and operate everything int he house as well as a list of our recommendations for local eats, libations and music in the neighborhood.

Never wanted to leave!

The decor was perfect - some "AirBNBs" and rentals are cluttered with the owner's things, but this was appointed tastefully. This gives you that "presidential suite" feeling.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. We would bring home our delicious leftovers from various brunches and dinners, and get to eat them again in the morning! Always had what we needed to enjoy.

We loved the chandeliers; the clawfoot tub in the master bathroom; and the beds were soooo comfy. We didn't want to leave. :( Did we mention it's gorgeous? We actually stayed in one night with glasses of wine instead of going out to chill because it felt like no restaurant could match the ambience, especially when you just wanted to catch up with some of your close friends!

Just some notes - We had the bedroom next to the windows (the ones by the street). There is a little bit of noise but Marigny is a little tucked away from the French Quarter. We heard a few people going home, but we didn't mind limited noise in exchange for those beautiful windows! Plenty of space for 6 people, both to have privacy and enjoy each other's company :) (But if you have early risers - you WILL hear people moving around and talking in the main area!)

It was very, very easy logistically to work with the owners. Checking in and checking out was very smooth and we actually ran into the property manager who was very friendly and helpful with tips & tricks for enjoying NOLA.

All in all, a perfect stay. We want to come back! (Since we did have to leave.)

Absolutely Perfect!

This is my third time to stay in a VRBO in New Orleans and I have to say this one was my favorite. This beautiful property in tucked away in a quiet little area just a short walk away from the quarter. The home has been beautifully renovated and very tastefully appointed. I was visiting with my sister for her 60th birthday along with my 2 nieces and we were very comfortable, plenty of room. This place can easily accommodate 3 couples comfortably. Loved this property and I cannot wait to return and stay here again!

Beautiful home in great location with no parking.

Although the home is as beautiful as the pictures, there is no assigned parking or parking passes available. In addition, the house was not very clean and we ended up washing the bed linens ourselves.

Amazing, beautiful Home....

Simply wonderful stay. We went for Mardi Gras, neighbors are friendly, loacal sort of spot. Easy to walk to just about everything... if you can't walk to it you can absolutely walk to the trolley. Looking forward to our next visit!

Our property is located in the heart of what we believe is the best part of New Orleans. Just steps from great live music, excellent food, galleries, antique stores, parks and world famous Bourbon Street. From the great restaurant (Horn's) just down the block, to Frenchman Street with the live jazz, art markets and restaurants, to the quiet neighborhood where the house is located, you seriously cannot find a better place to experience all that New Orleans has to offer.
