Our home has been fully renovated to provide luxury finishes while preserving the character and history of this classic New Orleans style home. The house features 3 bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 queen room). Both Master suites are equipped with flat screen televisions. The home features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath/powder room, Large side porch and backyard, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, dining room and spacious living room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We understand there are many choices of hospitality in New Orleans and have equipped the house with luxuries to compete with any hotel. Features include: luxury bedding, down and down alternative luxury pillows, french terry towels, brand new appliances, cookware, dinnerware and server ware. We truly want to provide a perfect environment to relax and recharge while enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer. Wifi and upgraded cable included in stay. The location of our home is perfect to enjoy all areas of New Orleans. You are steps from Frenchman restaurants, art market, music and galleries on Royal. 5 minutes to Jackson Square or Bourbon. We share a block with Horn's Restaurant which is routinely named a top brunch pick in New Orleans. It is open breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week for easy take out or excellent dine in option. Our block also has a great convenience market with groceries, wine, beer and other must have items to stock the house. Too many perks to describe, come visit!

As a couple we enjoy traveling. Our great passions include food and music. No city embodies both more than New Orleans. We have both been coming to this city for many years and just recently purchased a second home here. We treat this like our home and have equipped it to rival the luxurious experience of any hotel in New Orleans. We provide a book to access and operate everything int he house as well as a list of our recommendations for local eats, libations and music in the neighborhood.

Comfortable, convenient, and. . .gorgeous!

It isn’t often that a property exceeds expectations promised in photographs, but this one certainly did. Our group stayed here for four days and it was a complete delight. We were pleased with the pretty neighborhood and the advantageous location – it was an easy walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Having the restaurant Horn’s just steps away made breakfast especially convenient (and delicious!). In addition, it was simple to get a Lyft or Uber at any time; the wait was never more than six or seven minutes. We did consider renting a car, but as most parking is residential, finally decided that walking or cabbing it would be the best option.

The house itself is beautifully furnished with lots of charming New Orleans flavor. Plenty of closet space, fluffy towels, super-comfy beds with extra blankets and pillows, little amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and a hair dryer made the place homey. The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of cookware, plates, cutlery, utensils, and glasses, and there was coffee and tea and ample cold water and ice in the refrigerator. There were even games in a cabinet, which were an unexpected treat on the one night we stayed in.

Special mention should be made of the coded entry system – so much better than fumbling with keys.

We had a truly marvelous time in New Orleans ,and there’s no doubt that Stephanie and John’s house was a large part of that experience!

Perfect spot to “live”

We enjoyed “living” here for the last several days, easy walk or Lyft ride to wherever we wanted to go. Horn’s across the street had great food, snacks and cocktails. We got into the bead drawer and added some more before we leave (leaving in about 30 minutes). Happy that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as the blow dryer and coffee. Thanks for everything!

This is the perfect location for adults who don't want to be in the thick of the French Quarter

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with good restaurants very close by. A few minutes walk and you are right in the center of the French Quarter. No driving necessary and Uber/Lyft is plentiful if needed. The house is lovely and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of "living space" between the open kitchen, dining room and living room. We were very happy and would recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans.
